BRILLIANT
BRILLIANT. CLEAR. CARING.
These guys really know their stuff. And they really care about their clients getting results. They've tried out all of the tech, figuring out what works for what. And can speak about it down to the little details.
And MORE THAN THAT ... they've also stepped way back and taken a fresh look at humans, how our thinking and doing, researching and analyzing, and pondering and responding work.
And now can share, very clearly and cogently, how best to organize ourselves so we find the right set of tools to work together to make US work much better ... so the work works more easily.
They gave me much more than I knew I wanted or needed ... and it's helping me out in significant ways. I know where everything is, I know where to go for what, what to do where ... realize I need different ways of working with different types of things which then means I need different tools.

Great Personal & Business Productivity Methodology
I've been a member of the Paperless Movement (PM) for almost a year. I found Tom and Paco on YouTube and was intrigued by the content and ended up joining the PM.
What I like about the approach at the PM is that the courses and methodologies are system and tool-agnostic. Yes, Tom and Paco use ClickUp for a LOT of their business management, but you can take the methods and philosophies and apply them to any tool set.
Tool stacks are personal. The PM takes the time to review the tools out there and provide the facts and give their opinions on how the tool can help.
All our business scenarios are different. Even if you work within the same organization. We all have strengths and weaknesses that a tried and tested methodology can enhance. That's what the PM brings to the member.
Highly recommended.

It’s good to be part of this community of practice.
For me, one of the best part of Paperless Movement is the way that the two leaders of the movement work together.
Tom and Paco are both highly effective and enthusiastic communicators. They work together very effectively to develop and improve their understanding of the key aspects of personal productivity for busy professionals.
They review and test the apps that enable their recommendations to be used in the real world.
They then work hard to share their understanding in structured models, courses, and discussions.
I have followed their recommendations and I’m now using Sunsama and Heptabase. I wouldn’t even be aware of these tools without my membership of Paperless Movement.
It’s good to be part of this community of practice.

Second to none!

Actual value in helping busy people…
Actual value in helping busy people navigate the barrage of information we are exposed to daily into meaningful and actionable knowledge to drive their personal & business goals forward.
This learning has been a real game changer for me, ensuring I have a system or workflow for flipping between strategic, tactical & operational views, all built into the working week. A master stroke by the paperless movement, for which I am eternally grateful 👏
This approach aligns perfectly with one of the most valuable things I have learned working as a project manager, then a portfolio manager, and now in my own business... Enabling the team to align goals and objectives with the tasks we all need to complete daily so that we all know what to do next and why.
The above is an oversimplification of the value these guys provide. In many cases, they have done the hard miles, so I can waste less time trialling different shiny tools and more time getting the right things done. I particularly like their tool-agnostic approach, reminding me to ask 'why' I am using something rather than just going along with the Madden crowd.
Furthermore, they also ponder and provide a narrative on many of the challenges I wrestle with, and though in some cases I may do some things differently, their reasoning is sound. Conversing with responsive and helpful people focusing on the same problems is nice. Sometimes, discussing the same problems with like-minded people is a useful means of broadening and consolidating your own understanding. Very useful and nice to know I am not alone. Thanks for being a friend.

Teach a man to fish ...
I am a member of the Paperless Movement since beginning of 2023 and it totally changed my line of work. Unlike courses about specific tools you really learn the basics of a paperless workflow. This learning is a process, that pics you up at where ever you are in your journey and guides you further along by teaching you the concepts and fundamentals of the digital way of working. The tool you then use will ultimately not matter, once you see the big pictures (however, you will find the right tools for your specific way of working. And they are different than mine). Creating and developing the ICOR framework helps a lot to streamline your business.
Tom and Paco seem to work 24/7 to develop courses and provide guidance on my journey to be truly paperless. And they are great guys too !!! I am glad, I found them.

Finding Efficiency with Paperless Movement, Impactful Course System
I've been exploring various digital systems to enhance efficiency, but the course system at Paperless Movement truly stands out. It's by far the best I've encountered in a long time. The way it has positively impacted my current process is outstanding. It's not just about going paperless; it's about streamlining and improving how we work and organize. The practicality and applicability of the courses are exceptional.
What's also remarkable is the level of engagement and valuable responses one gets with every comment. The community and support at Paperless Movement are incredibly helpful and insightful. A big thank you to the Paperless Movement team – your system has provided me with the motivation and tools I needed precisely when I needed them most. Highly recommended for anyone looking to optimize their workflow and embrace a more digital approach.

Absolute f&%king waste of time.
Absolute f&%king waste of time.
The videos in these 'courses' are all about three minutes long. Half of that is him talking about how great his course and his method is without giving you any actual information. Everything boils down to just 'use ClickUp' anyway. The youtube video advertising the ClickUp course was longer than the ClickUp course itself, and I learned more. Once all the fluff and bullsh*t is taken out, all of these courses combined could be a single twenty minute video and nothing of value would be lost.
Absolutely not worth $79 USD.

Tom Solid is the best 'going paperless' guide I've found
My digital note taking journey has been completely guided by Tom. When I started down this path I looked in many places to get a handle on what applications to use and find a digital journal that would work for me. Tom Solid seemed to be the only place to find unbiased in-depth reviews.
The apple notes quick overview is no exception. I look forward to a more in-depth video on Apple notes, but tom solids endorsement will have me trying it before that review releases (I'm currently using NoteShelf).... Thanks Tom!
Very professional and well thought out
Very professional and well thought out. Great work that saves people many hours while learning how to be more productive, effective and efficient. Love it.

Highly recommend. Website includes excellent resources for improving efficiency and productivity in a paperless world. Tom offers plenty of information about tools to help you on your journey, and I find superior merit in his systems approach and emphasis on not just "toying" with technology but really leveraging it for better results. The Inner Circle provides outstanding value including 1:1 coaching.

A phenomenal resource for digital organization and going paperless!
Tom has seen, first-hand, the productivity and efficiency gains of going paperless, improving notetaking and utilizing the latest tools and technologies available. When Tom launched the Inner Circle, I was among the first to sign up! The Inner Circle community is growing and gets stronger each day, with helpful forums and a high level of engagement. It's been great to have direct interaction with Tom and members in webinars and masterclasses, where I've learned a lot in each session. The productivity guides and templates have not only helped personally, but have been an asset for rolling out best practices within my company. The discounts are awesome as well, giving everyone an opportunity to save while trying out the tools and resources Tom has found helpful. I would highly encourage you to join the Inner Circle if you're looking for ways to work smarter, be more productive and learn about the best tools available for today's digital world.
