Very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They were unclear about the contracts I was subscribed to, and some were not even visible on their homepage. As a result, I was charged large amounts without proper notice. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Great service for foreigners

I talked to Julien about my electricity contract. He was very prompt and informative of the process. I find all the staff to be very attentive and helpful with requests.

Prestige irresponsibility

It might be known or recommended by people, but moving out from one place to another has turned to be an absolute disaster.
I was told all ties will be handled (water, electrivity, gas), and here we are, I have unpaid bills from the previous flat, on top of the new contracts.
I am not really satisfied to say at the least.
I called to the customer service, only got an ignorant and highly arrogant conversation and I just cannot listen to this rubbish. Avoid this company. They do not do the promised, for unknown reasons. They do not take a responsibility what they said, and I do not like word play, it is not done, period.

UPDATE:
Even if the company provides the website to do the contract handling, they would not care, whether it is done at all or not. And in addition to that in my profile, I have no old address mentioned, so data is not up-to-date. Therefore nothing can be moved forward, only concerned by a new client as a statistics, but actual work is just lingering.
Please, coordinate and update your system, so it reflects the status. It is too late now, I have to pay money and argue with unprofessional people.
