The products are fab but the website is a bit clunky - it is fiddly to do all the personalising but since that is key to the strength of the offering it is fine - but could be easier and smoother

Really good quality photo book in an excellent presentation box. App easy to use to upload photographs. Processing and delivery was quick and very professional service, careful secure packaging.

As an Old Boy, I discovered Papier Birthday cards a few years back. I like their bright modern designs and the facility to write my own messages. The website is unfussy and so simple to use. It always gives me good vibes. Deliveries have been on time and the cards apprecited. Thanks Papier!

What has happened to all your designs? There used to be many more options.
Now most are geometric and the choice and personalisation is reduced. You add a new floral one and then you have to have a horse image in the middle. Breadth of choice and personalisation is why people pick you. Pretty disappointed.

I absolutely adore this brand. I buy my mid year diary every year and they have such wonderful designs. It lasts so well and I take it everywhere with me. We also recently made some photo albums and they have come out beautifully!

Outstanding experience with Papier from start to finish. Selecting, creating and ordering a photo book from a holiday to Florence was very easy. I came across Papier through Google search when looking for Christmas present ideas, and whilst other services I tried from different providers felt clunky and expensive, Papier’s service was flawless and very reasonably priced. Will definitely order from them again.
