Editing
I’m not sure if it’s a new update but compared to the first time I created a photo book the website has become clunky. I appreciate there are limited options for help so I do appreciate the customer service however in terms of feedback for your website, if it could be more user friendly (if it were like it was previously still, I would be recommending this place to everyone!) The book absolutely refused to delete captions, had such a hard time with this, if they are the automated captions surely they should be automatically deleted on print if it is so hard to delete them during editing (maybe just an IT issue but I had been editing this one book for over a month) Or provide the same template minus the captions!!

Nice designs by terrible editing experience
Really liked the design, but have decided to give up on the idea of ordering my wedding invitations from them. The editing interface is incredibly glitchy and difficult to use. It has a mind of its own.

Beautiful quality and easy to create
