Product was exactly what ordered, Customer service was unprofessional and rude

Product was exactly what ordered. BUT! Giuseppe the customer service contact was rude and ignorant. 2 days after ordering I tried to redirect my order to a different address as I do have some delivery issues in my building. I got an “ok” in return. Didn’t find out package was going to original address until I received a shipping update. When I asked Giuseppe why that was and why did he say “ok” if it couldn’t be done he proceeded to tell me in business terms “ok means I am working on your request” and “yes means I accepted your request” and that we should “hijack” the package from the postal service. As a business owner I told him this was not appreciated and then he told me that he’s escalating the case to the legal department. I wonder how they felt about him using the word hijack? lol
But this was also for a blind woman who couldn’t hijack a thing. Just glad to get what was ordered and not have to deal with him again I can provide receipts and email proof apparently whomever is responding to this fights the negative reviews

Worst online shopping experience

First of all,they didn’t have the shade i ordered. If any item is out of stock, you should mention it on the online page. Because we pay our money in advance, to process the order. Next, they offered me two other shaded,which are darker than my skin colour. After that when i asked one of the product out of the two options, again they said that one is out of stock. Finally i suggested a colour that i never wanted to buy, and they asked me to pay extra money for that particular shade. Worst shopping online ever. No appolozies made even. Worst.

We have reviewed your claims carefully, and unfortunately your description does not match the actual events at all.
For transparency toward other customers, here are the verified facts:

1️⃣ You ordered a shade that was already marked as “low stock.”

The availability was shown correctly on the product page at the moment of purchase.
What you describe simply did not happen the way you portray it.

2️⃣ You were immediately informed of the stock update — before the order was processed.

No payment was captured.
No item was shipped.
And nothing “went missing.”

You were offered alternative options only because you insisted on receiving the order immediately, despite being told that your shade had just gone out of stock due to simultaneous purchases.

3️⃣ Your version of the shade selection is not accurate.

You state that:

“They offered me two other shades darker than my skin.”

The reality is:

YOU requested alternatives,

YOU declined the first one,

YOU asked for a second one,

and when it wasn’t available, YOU suggested a third shade — which happens to be more expensive.

You conveniently omitted that part.

4️⃣ The “extra money” you mention is simply the price difference.

No company can provide a higher-priced item for free because a customer changes their mind three times in one conversation.

Every retailer on earth applies the same rule.

5️⃣ You mention “no apology,” but our team apologized twice — in writing.

Both apologies are visible in the email thread you received.
We cannot apologize for scenarios that did not occur.

6️⃣ You rated the experience as ‘worst ever’ despite:

not being charged,

not receiving a wrong item,

not being refused any service,

and being offered three solutions you requested yourself.

A “worst experience” built on zero financial loss, zero shipment, zero error, and multiple attempts to help is a bit unusual.

7️⃣ For clarity, this review has been flagged for:

Misleading or incomplete description of events,

the product received is not this buy

the product received is not the one that had been ordered (delivery of eau de parfum instead of eau de toilette), and in addition the one delivered is much cheaper, despite a papal complaint does not respond, they told me have "swindled" more than 20 euros , Sito da evitare assolutamente: poco onesto
Hello Papique team, I see your response full of lies, I did not ask you for a 50% refund, this is something that needs to be described: I told you that you had not sent me the right product (I ordered the Lacoste eau de toilette from you, you delivered the eau de parfum which is much cheaper and I had bought three bottles), I offered to either return them to you for a refund, since it was not the right product, or to keep them but that you would at least have the courtesy of reimbursing me just the price difference between the products, which is around 20 euros, so nothing abnormal. You have not responded to my emails, I have reported this to the European system for monitoring online sales sites, now I reconfirm it, in addition to being dishonest you are liars and I urge you to take legal action against me if you are sure you are within your rights, for the moment the facts are: that you have not delivered the right products, that you have made me pay a higher price than the one that was displayed, that you have not responded to my emails which asked to find a solution in a rather friendly way and now it appears that you are openly lying on the Truspilote platform by talking nonsense!!, indeed in terms of advertising you are giving yourself a very bad image, but that goes with the general behavior I imagine, I reconfirm you are a site to absolutely avoid.

Hello again Papique team. I see the rest of your response to my review correction.
You really continue to talk nonsense, I have only given 5 reviews since 2014 on Truspilote, we can't say that this is very frequent, less than one every two years ...., And not all negative either (a 5 star and a three star are there), so you are sinking even further into your lies.
On the other hand, there has NEVER been any racist, misogynistic, vulgar or insulting comment. Your latest response that seeks to intimidate could be part of a legal action for defamation, are you fully aware of what you are doing and writing?, I took a screenshot of your comments, I urge you to change your mind and apologize immediately, I think you understand what the legal and judicial consequences are and the scope of what you write.
For my part, I stick to my position: you have not fulfilled your part of the contract and you have not only not delivered the right product to me and you have also charged me a larger sum than what it should have, so you are definitely a site to absolutely avoid. I am now waiting for your apologies before thinking about an intervention by my lawyers, you will kindly send me by email the address of yours as soon as possible. You have, it seems, forgotten that you were posting comments in responses, false, in a public manner.

2️⃣ A screenshot of the price you claim was different from what you paid.

You mentioned being charged a higher price than the one displayed.
Our system shows the exact same amount at checkout, in the confirmation email, and in the payment authorization.

3️⃣ A copy of the email where you claim we “did not respond.”

According to our logs, the last communication in the thread contains your reply to our message, so it would be helpful if you could show which email did not receive an answer.
