Contact with sales staff was very good. Friendly, responsive, reliable. Problem was that goods were not in stock and that supply from the manufacturer was late and unreliable.

I ordered some PVC weld rod in 2kg coils when they got delivered one of the coils was damaged. I got a replacement sent out straight away FOC. Great customer service.

Upon reviewing your order, I can see that you ordered goods from us on 26 July with an estimated 1-2 working week despatch.
Of course, we will always endeavour to despatch goods as soon as possible and will always aim to meet the despatch date noted. However, this is not always possible, which is why we state est. (estimated) on our website.
Your particular order was despatched on 13 August, two days outside of the 1-2 working week estimated timeframe. To mitigate any time delays, we also improved the delivery to a next working day service free of charge. We informed you of this via email or live chat and did our best to keep you up to date throughout. The goods were delivered to you on 14 August.
I am sorry you felt the service was inadequate on this occasion; we look forward to rectifying this on your next order.
