After the initial computer shorted out due to too long of a mounting screw, we needed to purchase a new computer. The website had computers but they were the wrong connections. Support was able to ship me out the correct computer and now the treadmill is working perfectly. Only four star because the original short was due to a design flaw that should have been covered.

Broke rollers
The rollers on our rowing machine were wore out and Paradigm Health & Wellness was very easy to deal with. My only complaint is that the rower was bought in Canada (Costco) and their shipping company doesn't ship to Canada. Paradigm got back to me right away and said they would ship it at our cost of course. All good though. Got the rollers in less than a week and they look better built than the originals. Shout out to
Marial H. She was amazing to deal with. I never give a perfect review but she would get a 5 out 5 if I could. Thanks guys.

Great Exercise Bike
The Exerpeutic 400XL Folding Recumbent Bike with Performance Monitor☆☆☆☆☆
The bike is great, and the customer service behind it is awesome. The bike is a perfect size, very comfortable. If you think a big oversized bike is better. No, it isn't. It has very easy to read displays. You can adjust the tension. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the bigger is better bike, it's in the garage until we put it out with the garbage. The price is right. I highly recommend! 👍
