Sooz was a fantastic instructor, the info was easy to digest and I was never bored!

I was very impressed by the quality of First Aid Training given at Paradise First Aid. The instructor Fab , has had years of medical experience and she really knows her stuff. The course delivery was excellent and the room full of people had a great day and we enjoyed all the interactive learning activities too. Highly recommended

Training by John was exciting as his delivery was very engaging. He was knowledgeable, informative and accommodating in answering queries. A seasoned trainer, one can tell.

The Express CPR course is great completing the modules before the practical saves time. The tutor clearly explained the basics of CPR, emphasised the importance of following each step in the DRSABCD process correctly, and provided useful advice on what to expect in a real life situation.

The staff know the content well and how to present the information. Well paced training

Was great experience as sooz the instructor was both clear and friendly and also very approachable when in doubt of doing something incorrectly. The session felt short and sweet and got a lot of useful tips and information out of it.

The instructor was knowledgeable and very approachable with answers to questions from the group. A good combination of strategies were used to assist with various learning styles.

The knowledge was great and the training officer Fab communicated everything very well.

Had the lovely Fab facilitate the course I attended. Whilst a long day, I learnt alot and have definitely walked away knowing that I am confident to assist in an emergency.

Fab asked if we had any questions a number times through the course, which I found useful, because often participants do have questions, but they don’t always get the opportunity to ask those questions. Fab also asked for involvement from the participants, which showed whether we did understand, or not understand, and that created involvement in the course, which I found useful.

Trainer Mick J was awesome explained things that was easy to understand it was a very pleasant morning highly recommend.

My experience with Paradise First Aid was fantastic. Fab our instructor was fun and extremely knowledgeable on all First Aid techniques. The classroom was professional, well equipped and very comfortable. Thank you Fab and Paradise First Aid for a great experience whilst obtaining my First Aid Certificate.

I have been going to Paradise First Aid for 4 years and they are the best! Great communication, great delivery of information and all the equipment supplied in a very pleasant setting. Will be back next year for my next refresher. A big thank you to Sooz who was great at my last refresher 😍

I recently completed my CPR/First Aid training with Paradise First Aid, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! The course was not only incredibly informative but also a lot of fun. Our trainer, Jo was fantastic! She brought so much energy, knowledge, and insight to the lesson. Jo’s teaching style made the material easy to understand, and she took the time to ensure that everyone felt confident. I feel fully prepared to handle First Aid/ CPR situations with confidence now.

I highly recommend Paradise First Aid to anyone looking to get trained!
