Parafragrance made the shopping experience quick and easy. Also, they had some of the best prices on the web on the fragrances that I was looking to purchase. The one thing that I wish is that they had a shipping threshold where you can spend a certain amount and receive free shipping. They don't.

The vanilla cale batter is FABULOUS as always. But that new $30 hawian vanilla myst have been a factory F-up. It smells like suntan lotion at the beack. Not vanilla at all. I asked for money back but never received an email back.

We've refunded on the 9th of July, It should've been credited back to your credit card by now. You would have to check with your credit card provider in case it is still not received. From our side, it has been credited back. Please note that we won't be able to hold money without any reason, as in your case item was unavailable with no ETA available so in such instances we refund the money back to the customer. Sorry for the inconvenience.
