I worked for this company for a month
I worked for this company for a month, and it took them three months just to pay me, and even then, the amount was incorrect!
I was expected to work without any basic salary, relying entirely on commissions. Despite putting in the time and effort, I wasn't even paid the full commission I had earned.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the constant back-and-forth, countless messages, phone calls, and broken promises. It was only after I threatened to take legal action that they finally decided to release my payment.
No employee should have to chase a company for months or threaten legal action just to receive money they have rightfully earned.
This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. My advice to anyone considering working for this company is simple: Think twice before joining! I would NEVER recommend working here.
People deserve to be respected, valued, and paid fairly for their hard work.
