I love the microfibres rags I bought here, bought loads of colours, for windows they are absolutely perfect, very good quality, the premium microfibre cloths are also amazing to wash just about anything in the house and all if them can be used to wipe glass, mirrors, furniture, sinks, anything that can be washed in a house. I need loads of them because I always keep one next to every sink in the house. This is the 2nd time I bought from them, not because I had to throw any of my old rags, they are in perfect condition, but I love my rags and I like to have loads, and since these ones are so good I keep buying 😁 recommended them to my friend as well she was extremely content with them even her husband was amazed how good they are.
I cannot stress enough on the quality and also super fast delivery. No issue whatsoever.
Totally recommend them if you want to get quality cloths that will last for years and years.

I always buy from Paragon since I discovered their glass polishing cloth at the Wine Society. Every type of cloth you could want, no compromise on quality and they're really helpful

I purchased the Brown Premium Microfibre Cloths because the colour shown on the website appeared to be a neutral beige / taupe which was exactly what I was looking for.

Unfortunately, the cloths I received were a noticeably different colour, which was closer to a chocolate brown tone than the product images suggested. I initially contacted Paragon by email twice but did not receive a response, so I called to discuss the issue instead.

During the call, we discussed that the colour of the cloths supplied was not consistent with the images shown on the website, and I was advised that the manufacturer sometimes changes the dye without the website being updated. Despite this, I was still expected to pay the return postage if I wanted to return the item, as the company considered it to be an undamaged product.

My dissatisfaction is not with the product as such, but with the inaccurate product imagery and the handling of the issue afterwards. In my view, customers should not be expected to bear the cost of returning an item when it does not reasonably match the product advertised.

Ultimately, I decided to keep the cloths because the time and cost involved in returning them outweighed the value of the order. However, I was disappointed that no goodwill solution was offered despite the circumstances described above.

My advice to prospective buyers would be not to rely solely on the website photographs if colour is important to your purchase.

Unfortunately the purple glass cloth is no good at all. I have used many amazing cloths but these no matter what I use them on, glass showers, mirrors, windows, they are always smearing and leave so much lint. I always have to go over with my trusted cloths. Can’t use them anymore. They also snag and catch on things. Can’t understand the good reviews.

Always been pleased with the quality and price however delivery can be hit and miss. It took 2 days from placing my order to getting an e- mail from Royal Mail saying they had my package which went on to say it would be 4 days before it would be delivered on what is supposed to be a 48 hour Royal Mail delivery.

Excellent microfibres clothes - nice big size and high absorption. Super clean on taps and mirrors, windows and all surfaces. Love love love! Highly recommended

Ordered second lot of towels as was so impressed with the first ones, just wanted larger size.

I have placed several orders over the years and their customer service has fallen short almost everytime. They don't seem to care when they produce custom item out of spec. They don't respond to emails and orders have always bee short on what was ordered.

Delivery on time. I bought these after seeing the price of unger cloths. Tried this company out as have similar products, made a small order, Happy to confirm they are the same quality at a fraction of the price, I’ll be making a bigger order next time

Used the microfibre cloths for the first time this morning. Seem to be good quality and performed well with the degreaser I was using. Price was good and delivery was prompt.

This was the first time using this company and I thought the products were great value and quality. The communication was excellent and the items arrived really quickly. Very impressed and will use this company again.

I have ordered microfibre cloths from Paragon a few times, each time different grades of cloth and different sizes.
I find the cloths are always top quality and delivery is usually within a couple of days.
