I won’t be ordering from this company…

I won’t be ordering from this company in Italy again. It took me three weeks to get my refund after it was promised on their homepage. Initially, the product was free shipping but my refund was £15 short and they charged me for returns. It wasn’t my fault their coats don’t fit regular sizes. The refund process was too slow and they even scammed me with small print about returns

Do not buy from the online store

As others have said - do not buy from the website (if you are going to buy, find the product somewhere in store). Not only is the sizing way, way off... you need to order at least two sizes larger than normal... the customer service is shockingly poor. I realized I had left out the apartment number on my delivery address within minutes of placing my order and immediately reached out to their support team. They insisted repeatedly that nothing could be done, even though the product did not ship for several days after my first outreach. Instead they advised that I would need to change the address with their shipping partner (UPS) - which I attempted to do, except that after setting up an account with UPS and linking myself to the parcel, I then discovered that parajumpers as shipper prohibits UPS from allowing address change requests (!!). Completely unhelpful, so I got back in touch with parajumpers and their next advice was to wait for the package to fail delivery and be returned to them. Just completely useless.

Outrageous!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been genuinely frustrating.

I realised my size mistake within minutes and immediately contacted Customer Service. Unfortunately, I received the same scripted response every time: “We cannot change anything, please wait for delivery and request an exchange.” No flexibility, no effort to help — just a broken record.

The first pickup on 28 November never happened, adding even more delay. The parcel was finally collected days later and reached the warehouse on 5 December, yet I was told the exchange may still take up to 14 days before the new size is sent.

Everyone I spoke to remained polite and professional, and this isn’t about them.
It’s about a process that feels slow, rigid, and completely disconnected from the customer’s reality.

For a CHF 700 item ordered with express delivery as a birthday gift — and after reporting the mistake immediately — the entire experience is so far extremely disappointing.

Terrible customer service

I bought a coat and needed to change size since it was too big. The exchange function was not working/ in error continuosly so I somehow ended up with creating a return instead. After that I received en email with the RAN number saying that they will deduct 15€ from the original price. So I called them to tell them that what I wanted to do was really an exchange not a return. Customer service claimed repeatedly, that is was impossible to change that and that I should return the coat within 15 days from creating the RAN number. Come on....a 900€ coat and there is no way I can get an exchange??? So I was forced to return it ...but found the replacement elsewhere. Lost customer for good.

Avoid ordering from parajumpers

Ordered a coat in two different sizes, paid £420 each, when received invoice shows I have paid £320 each. Returned one-was told on return would only receive £320, parcel has been stuck in customs for a week waiting for them to complete a document before delivery can be made, have emailed them 3 times with all these queries and have had no response. On reading past reviews- a lot of other people have had Similar problems. Would definitely avoid this company!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have given this review one star because I had to . DO NOT buy anything from this company online. I ordered a coat from them 4 weeks ago and have still received nothing. After numerous phone calls and emails which have either been ignored or false promises made nothing has changed but they are quite happy to blame the courier UPS. So spoke to UPS and all that needed to be done was for Parajumpers to give import clearance. My coat has been sat in a warehouse in Essex since the 25th September. It has come to a point now that even UPS have given up and are in the process of sending it back to Parajumpers. Absolutely diabolical

No Refund

Been waiting over a month for a refund I still have yet to receive. Package was delivered damaged and the item was incorrect. Now ignoring my emails. Do not buy from them!!

Clothing is poor quality the t shirts…

Clothing is poor quality the t shirts and jumpers don’t sit correctly with shocking sewing embroidery
For the money these items cost you are waiting your money never again will I buy this gear and the customer services are shocking full of ?

Don’t buy from them

Don’t buy from them. They have one price on the returns policy then in another section have a one line saying you have to pay customs and excise! Its cost me £96 to return my coat.
One person of customer service was so rude but the next actually helpful. Trade description act in breach as it should cost £15 to return from UK as per their return policy not 96

Not a luxury brand more like a sham

Terrible I spent a good amount of money on a coat the seams fell apart after less than 10 wears I’m still waiting for someone to reply. The pants came faded in certain spots, looked like they’d been squashed on a cement floor, then I sent them back no one turned up to pick it up 3 times now it’s been stuck in customs in Italy as they haven’t given the correct clearance forms and still haven’t done it 10 days later it’s now turned into 3 weeks. Being told both issues have been escalated but with no resolution
Stay away from this it’s not a luxury company you’d get better service from Matilda’s dad

Reimbursement takes forever

Avoid ordering online at all costs!

Save yourself headaches and do not order online from this company!

I placed an order for a jacket on February 12, 2024. I didn't receive an order confirmation so I emailed customer service. The rep provided me with an order number and told me I'll receive an email when my order ships. Ten days pass with no shipping confirmation so I email customer service again. This time around I'm told my order did not go through and there's no pending order. I decide to check my bank account and notice there's a posted transaction from Parajumpers -- meaning my order did go through! I email customer service again asking for a refund but they insist I do not have an order and there's nothing to refund. I also provide screenshots of my posted transaction but to no avail.

At this point my bank is telling me I made a purchase from Parajumpers but the Parajumpers customer service reps are telling me they don't see an order in their system. How is that even possible?!

Thankfully, I made this purchase through Amazon Pay so I escalate this to their A-to-Z guarantee team to assist me in getting a refund. Finally on March 11 Amazon comes to the rescue and refunds my full amount of $362.55.

Strangely enough, I bought something (without a hitch) from this company in the past at their physical store in NYC. I don't understand how their backend online ordering system is completely flawed (along with their incompetent customer service reps).

TL;DR DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS MERCHANT!

Misleading photos on website regarding colour

I ordered a Jayden Hybrid Jacket (Colour: Rock) on 01/03/24. The fit of the jacket was spot on BUT the colour of the jacket was nothing like the official photos listed on the Parajumpers website. It's supposed to be a lighter shade of grey/black. Honestly the colour was WAY off! I contacted Customer Services via email, who to be fair responded quickly. They asked me to take further pictures to what I already sent & also the QR code inside the jacket. They passed onto another team for comment. The response was "After checking the matter with our relevant team we confirm that the correct item was delivered". If this product is indeed correct the website is falsely advertising. I've asked a couple of people to view the colours of what is shown on the website & the product I received. The agree 100% it is incorrect! I responded back to Customer Services but have not received another response so looks like I've been fobbed off. I completed the return this morning from my online account & found out they will be charging me £15 to return?? I have emailed Customer Services again questioning this but as yet haven't received a response. I'm extremely disappointed with this supposedly high end clothing company & their lack of effort to redeem themselves. Very poor customer service & false advertising in my opinion!

Nice

I orderee a gilet 2-3 weeks ago and got it the estimated time for shipping. I am pleased with the gilet an everything was perfect. I got very concered in the prosess of shipping as i found all the bad reviews but everything was great in the end. This was my experinece with this company and i was pleased i think the bad part is that it takes long to ship and that the refund part is bad.
