 Terminated - Proof of Trade Closure Provided

To the Management of Funding Pips,

I am writing this formal complaint regarding the unjust termination of my accounts (Insert Account Numbers here). This is the 5th account I have lost due to technical manipulation and hidden terms that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.

Specifically, I have clear evidence from my Account History/Logs that all trades were closed manually before the daily reset (midnight). Your claim that "trades were not closed" is a direct technical falsehood and contradicts the data on my terminal.

I demand the following:

A detailed technical log (Server-side) showing why my manual closure was ignored.Immediate reinstatement of my accounts OR a full refund of my evaluation fees.

Be advised that I have documented all evidence (Screenshots and Videos). If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this case by:

Posting all evidence on Forex Peace Army and Trustpilot.Reporting this manipulation to the relevant payment processors (to initiate chargebacks).Warning the trading community on Discord and social media about your hidden terms and failed support.

I expect a professional response, not an automated one.

One of the worst companies to work for ever, treat you like an idiot, promise you the world and never deliver and steal money off you when you leave, give landlords their homes back in a state, I treat tenants like dirt!

Paramount is a must for Landlords, does a great job managing my priperties and makes my life very easy. Management and staff are all very friendly and deal with any problems efficiently.

I Let a flat with Paramount, on the understanding that there would be professional people live there. My flat was used to house homeless people, drug addicts and drunks. I have had people jumping out of windows when the police arrive at the door. The last tenant made a fire in the middle of the front room because he was cold having spent all his money on alcohol. They did however cover all repair costs to the flat before handing it back.

Hassle free and great team. Regular money and ongoing maintenance which is done normally for free of charge. Highly recommended
