Very good service, tree arrived perfectly packed and survived well. Very happy with this service

I am very satisfied with the potted trees I bought. The ordering and delivery were also executed without glitches. I am happy to recommend Paramount Plants to potential customers.

Unfortunately my experience with Paramount has not been a pleasant one. First, the Daphne in my order, which seemed in stock while ordering, was unavailable and I was offered a Viburnum instead, but I opted not to and it was omitted from the order; but then I had to chase for the refund 3 times.

Then I was given delivery date of 7 May for the trees(ordered on 31 March), but nothing was delivered and no communication from Paramount or delivery company. So I contacted Paramount and was told the order would be delivered on 8 May between 1pm-4pm. I was even told the plants were loaded to the vehicle. I waited again and same as the last time nothing was delivered and again no communication from anyone. Since then I asked for a refund and emailed them twice and I wasn't able to get a response. Their phone line is either busy or no one is picking up. I trusted the many good reviews before making the purchase but unfortunately now I doubt the genuineness of those reviews.
Edit after delivery:
3 days after I asked for a refund, the day after I wrote this review on Trustpilot and without any response from Paramount, the trees were delivered. Luckily we were home. To be fair the trees were fine, looked healthy.

A memorial tree for was purchased for former member. Superb tree, delivery spot on and great contact regarding the best way to give the tree the best start.

Plants arrived in excellent condition. Arrived on the specified day. Paramount only deals in high quality plants. Another excellent transaction. Thank you.

Ordered online. Description was accurate

I’ve used Paramount Plants many times now. They are great, responsive, very helpful if you have a query and most importantly thr plants are of great quality. Could not recommend them enough.

Treated aggressively and rudely by the Manager in their Crews Hill, Enfield EN, branch. I spoke to someone over the phone 6th May about a specific tree I wanted to plant as a memorial for my dog who had just passed suddenly, He was very kind and sent me the info via email. Assuming the plants were based in the Enfield branch, next day on the 7th May I went there to see and collect the tree myself but was met with insensitive aggression by the person who claimed to be the manager of that branch. Despite telling him, we were grieving and he should calm his tone and aggression down, he refused to be polite or understanding. He mocked us and refused to back down.
I left without the tree. Those who can't treat customers with dignity should not be in sales jobs. I had a very bad experience and I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Dear Karen,
I received a response from Paramount on trust pilot acknowledging my visit the day I left the review. On 11th May I received an email and I have engaged in every possible way with your colleague Charlie. I have had an apology too. My review is honest and I have witnesses as I was accompanied by 3 other people who felt disgusted the same way. In fact they told me why didn't I write that the guy was a "racist". However I don't want to believe that the store manager was a racist, but i still believe he was rude, unprofessional and insensitive. If you do take the matter to court, I will be defending it because it's my honest opinion about the experience I had at one of your stores. Instead of coming after a customer and spending money on a lawsuit, pls spend that money in training your staff. I will not be threatened or bullied by your legal threats. There is nothing malicious or defamatory about my review. I achieve nothing from this other than warning other customers about the service and the company to do something about their staff who behave this way.
Can you please explain why have you removed the reply from trust pilot where someone from Paramount Plants acknowledged my visit and apologised for my bad experience??

Missing one tree and other one smaller than it should...
Not the greatest provider...

Wonderful service and good communication. The amelanchier I ordered in March arrived healthy and had a very attractive shape. I’m very happy to see it growing so well.

We recently purchased pleached Portuguese Laurel trees from Paramount Plants and the service throughout was genuinely excellent from start to finish.
The quality of the trees supplied overall was great. We did have a couple of the original trees that were noticeably less developed than the others and, after raising this with Paramount Plants, the issue was handled professionally and without any difficulty. I especially want to mention Peter.B from the stockteam, along with the wider Paramount Plants team, who dealt with everything quickly, fairly, and professionally.
The replacement trees we received were excellent and really exceeded expectations. They were fuller, healthier, and far more balanced in shape, which made a significant difference to the overall screening effect.
Communication from the team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. On both the original delivery and the replacement delivery, the drivers were excellent. They are the last people you deal with in the transaction, so it really stood out that they were friendly, helpful, patient, and easy going. It left a very positive impression overall.
We were naturally nervous buying mature screening trees online because you never fully know what will arrive, but Paramount Plants made the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. That level of service and aftercare is becoming increasingly rare.
Overall, a genuinely positive experience and we would happily recommend Paramount Plants to anyone looking for quality mature screening trees and reliable customer service.

Plant arrived in good condition and delivery good BUT it was tiny and clearly been replanted in a 5 litre pot...not the 40cm I had ordered and paid for
I notified them at once..
A few times and finally got a response saying I would be reimbursed but have heard nothing more...or been reimbursed!

A very efficient service, with regular email updates, and timely delivery, despite me living the other end of England! Pleased to receive three large, very healthy-looking, yew columns. Would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately the plant delivered was misshapen and did not resemble the plant pictured on the website at the time of ordering. Thankfully a refund has been processed without quibble.

I ordered a tree based on the listed delivery timelines to arrive before or during a garden makeover. Did I get it? No. After chasing and being fobbed off by the teams I was eventually given a date over 3 weeks after the estimated timeline only to be told on the delivery day a branch has been broken and they will have to order a replacement. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund but 10 days later still waiting for it. A company seemingly run by incompetent individuals unable to manage the work.

All yews come good sizes, and were all full and green
