Very bad experience
Very bad experience so far. We have paid on 26 February for collection in France and shipping to the Netherlands. The package was scheduled for pick up on 28 February. Now on 7 March 2022 the parcel has still. not been collected. We cannot find a way to contact Parcel Monkey. The website does not offer the possibility to contact them other than by chat and we get no response to our chats.

Surcharge ripoff
International parcel arrived safely and was reasonably price. However several weeks after delivery, Parcel Monkey notified me that they were adding a surcharge of 20% onto my package for "inaccurate dimensions and/or weight" without providing any further details or evidence of the alleged discrepancy. I weighed and measured this parcel on multiple occasions and am confident that the details were entered correctly. This charge was taken automatically from my account, there is no customer service number and the online chat is not staffed. Won't refund without evidence from me that it was the correct dimensions and weight, whilst refusing to provide evidence of what the dimensions/ weight apparently were. Suggest photographing measurements and weight before sending or using Parcel Monkey as a comparison site and going to the delivery provider directly.

A. Price estimation: it gives 2 prices once you put the details, of course, it will give you 2nd time again at the end.
B. Print 5 copies for int' delivery!!!! where its mentioned barely. good excuse to confuse people
C. service: Customer service is somewhat ok but not great.

Seamless service and easy to use.
First class service, very easy to use and the links with the courier were seamless.
I also needed to use the online contact form and had very quick responses to my question.
My only suggestion after sending four parcels to the USA (requiring customs forms) would be to ensure you manually write your invoice number onto the proforma invoice as two were held by French customs as this information was not easily identifiable. This required a phone call to me from customs to get the information. Perhaps a box for the invoice number (which is provided by Parcel Monkey) on the proforma invoice would be a useful addition.

Parcel Monkey's service has been extremly poor. They lost my large parcel without any reason, havent apologized and havent provided any support whatsover with my insurance claim. It has been one year now, an I am still trying to recover a small compensation.

After 3 days of trying, with the information I was given, I found it impossible to complete the paperwork, (between France and England) and had to cancel the order.
Thank you for your answer. I couldn’t work out what was wrong. I did indeed get a lot of answers to the question I asked from the kind parcel monkey staff. Sadly, I didn’t get the information I required to complete the very precise paperwork. I gave up on the fourth day, and found a French La Poste site, which sent me the forms I required. Surprisingly, it was half the price that parcel monkey had suggested they would charge, and also a few euros less than parcel monkey was charging.
My impression was that parcel monkey were trying to address the problems I was encountering, however, I also had the impression that they did not have enough up to date information for the paperwork requirements following Brexit.

They have great pricing
They have great pricing, but communication was not so great. Never said that the USA mobile wouldn’t work, asked for a French one, which was provided, then said that they couldn’t get number to driver. Confusion about when pick up was scheduled..but driver came, was super helpful and nice. Everything has arrived and I am very pleased. Work on communication and it’s 5 stars.
