Efficient!
The delivery of my parcel was on time and all communication regarding delivery to the venue where I had organised it to be sent was clearly communicated. Thanks!

I was very disappointed with the…

I was very disappointed with the service because I received an email to say parcel was ready to be collected but it was not there.I contacted Parcelpoint and they said it was there?? I was told someone would follow it up and get back to me,but they didn’t.I had to make several calls to chase up my parcel and eventually I got it,but had to call direct to National storage as I didn’t get an email to say it was finally ready.

Never a problem

The standard at Parcelpoint has always been the same - very high. Timely messages that my parcel is awaiting pickup. Staff are always warm, friendly and quick to attend and always aware of the items location. The transactions are always completed without problems in a few minutes. Knowing my package is safe & secure until I collect it, always gives peace of mind.

Parcel ready and waiting.

My parcel was waiting for me slightly earlier than expected and in good shape. My identity was somehow not my eBay user ID. Slight confusion until I guessed what was going on. Really quick and easy way to get a parcel though.

Incompetent store clerk almost lost my parcel.

Usually there is always good experience with using Parcel Point but not on this Chempro Sumner Park point. The store clerk initially said that he couldn't find the parcel and said that it hasn't arrived. I insist for him to check again and voila he found it. If I didn't asked him to check again, it would have been a drama with the seller.
