You get what you pay for
I have used several 3PLs over the years. By far these guys are the worst! Customer service is close to non-existent. Queries regarding individual orders are answered slowly, but at least they are answered. General account queries/issues can go unanswered/unresolved for months. I have some going back at least a year now with still no response to date. Unless a matter is clearly urgent, your messages will be ignored. They are cheap, but if you can afford to spend a little more I'd recommend going elsewhere.
