CDs are fragile items that require additional packing for safe shipping. You can weigh your parcel upon arrival to check its weight. Please contact our online support for a price adjustment if there is any difference. We believe nobody wants to receive broken items, so we do all the necessary packing. Plus, you have insurance included in your order.
As for tracking, your parcel left China a week ago, and the next update will be once it is imported into your country, which is usually about 7-10 days but may also be longer, considering it is regular mail. Please wait for further updates soon.

Easy way to order abroad!
Wanted to order something from a Chinese website that didn’t have translate. Copied the link and parcel up translated it for me and converted the currency. Made the process really easy!
I would recommend parcel up make the “second payment” say shipping cost and be able to give more of an estimate.

Simple process
Simple process that I will definitely use again.
Images supplied were adequate and cohesive.
However the item was squashed very tightly into a tiny box which I paid quite the premium for (41 GBP), and it got shipped with a different courier after I paid such a high price for that specific courier. As a result the item arrived covered in creases. Expensive, but worth if you need an item from China Taobao that you absolutely cannot find anywhere else.
Please do not disclose information about my order to the public here. I am happy with the service.

We made the parcel as tight as possible and safe to reduce the volume weight, so you do not need to pay for an additional 0.5 kg. The item should return to its original state a few days after unpacking. If there is permanent damage due to our packing, please contact our online support team with photos for further investigation and assistance with a solution.
As for the shipping method, we always select the most appropriate shipping for express delivery, considering the item and destination country. The original method you chose is not uncommon to take longer in customs in your country, and it would cost you about 12 GBP more. We hope this clarifies your concerns.
