The product is a rain collector with a…

The product is a rain collector with a hole inside. It’s useless. It's made out of stainless steel. Not only that, but it's supposed to have dual use, in case you want to connect a hose (which is included) to store the water in an external barrel. However, there is no connection for the hose, which has a diameter of 10 mm vs the hole of the rain collector, which has a diameter of 35 mm. Even if you close the hole, the joints that connect the walls and the floor of the rain collector let the water escape.

I’ve never received my package after…

I’ve never received my package after asking for extensive updates for nearly *TWO ENTIRE MONTHS*!! It said the package was waiting to be released by customs but when I asked again of the update on the package 2 weeks later in September, they declared the package missing! Unbelievable service. I’ve asked for a refund because I genuinely wish they would consistently tell you about these things instead of me having to go out of my way to ask them what happened to my parcel that is definitely not cheap to ship out.

Your parcel was shipped on September 3. Which two months were you referring to when asking for updates? On September 25, since we couldn't see any updates from FedEx, we sent you a message (please check your email and comment on your order page): "Please inform us whether you have received the parcel or not" (among other details to help us investigate). However, we did not hear back from you until you inquired about the parcel today, October 2. In response, we asked if you preferred a full refund or to repurchase and have your order shipped for free (which you probably misunderstood as needing to pay for shipping again). You replied that you wanted a refund. If there is a misunderstanding and you want us to purchase and reship all the items, we would be happy to do so, provided the items are still available from the seller. We can also help find them from other sellers when possible, at no cost to you — so it’s worth trying. We’d appreciate it if you could let us know which option you prefer and then revisit your feedback later. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is always here to help. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Great customer service

Not all of my items had reached the proxy (not their fault), but the issue was cleared up quickly and efficiently. Shipping to the US atm is pricy, but I went into this expecting that.

Great shipping experience

It was easy to place my order. There are many steps to complete a order but it went smoothly and despite choosing the cheapest and slowest shipping option it arrived fairly fast. I think it was two weeks. I also had to contact the customer service before shipping my order and ask them to use bubble wrap for protection. They made sure this information was given to the warehouse, and it arrived safely wrapped in bubble wrap.
I had a very positive experience with this parcel forward service.
