Mixed feeling
Everything went smooth, but the prices are not clear when ordering. There should be more signs that for example a pair of shoes from 5€ end up being 23€. Because I would pay 5€ for this low quality, but it's not worth what I ended up with incl delivery and import costs

Good experience
I've had good experiences with this proxy so far. All of my packages have been packaged very well with not even a dent in a box. I was pretty stressed over the tariff situation and delays on my shipment, but the customer service responded promptly.

Fixed their errors after 3 weeks
Previous problem has been "Fixed" to the best of their ability. Got offered free shipping for the troubles which I took. 3 Stars only because some items werent recoverable but also were one of a kind.
