I have been a customer of PARCEL WISE (Furniture Feet Ltd) for over 5 years and unfortunately since Nov 2019 they have been shocking they have lost access to Royal Mail over 8 times in last 3 month including Black Friday Cyber Monday weekend, The week before Xmas several times and in the last 2 weeks another 4 times. They keep blaming Royal Mail and Zenstores although did once admit that the royal mail account was not paid so probably has more to do with new management (caribou) not paying bills on time. They Do Not pay out claims even when tracked items are not delivered, they do not answer emails I am still awaiting a reply from 2 weeks ago when they do answer the phone they say they either fob you off or say they have to refer the matter to head Office (Caribou ) with no way of contacting them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They cost us thousands of pounds and a few account suspensions. If you are fortunate enough that they bother reply to your email or answer your call, you will find a terribly rude service. They will lie and say anything to get you to sign up with them and then screw you over in a heartbeat.

Fantastic company! Very supportive and always updated with information. Girls in the office always up for a laugh. Used a different company before and has nothing but problems, it’s nice to feel secure with our parcels. Our driver Pete is lovely always goes above and beyond for us. Defiantly reccomend.
After opening our account around October time we can’t complain about anything, we received our welcome pack full of the information needed which other companies seem to have been lacking. For example the sizes,dimensions & weights. We had problems with another company as our packages was oversized and they either lost them or failed to return our products. At Parcelwise they inform us if our parcels are sent with another company and we receive an email confirmation with tracking references, which helps massively when customers ring and ask for an update. Our collection drivers have been brilliant, on time, polite and they always bring the supplies needed without fail the next day. The office staff seem to deal with our inquiries as and when we need assistance. The rates are perfect and couldn’t speak more highly of the service and would recommend. We look forward to many years service with Parcelwise. (88 Textiles)
Fab company staff are really nice and helpful. Very reliable and efficient, been using parcelwise for 2 years now and very happy we chose them. Only ever had one problem and that was because off the snow. Apart from that been a great experience. Would recommend to others definitely!
Useless to me!
Unfortunately this company only be for you on time, very nice etc when you are about open an account with them but everybody can do that when they see money in your person. We used them for about a few months and it was enough to find out what they really like.
Hermes was lossing parcels, 4 microwaves worth over £200 sent by them, parcelwise even didnt deliver to the carrier (we assume that microwaves got stolen by either driver or someone else). We opened a case, provided all documents which they asked us for and got told that case will be solved within 4 weeks and today is 9th or even 10th weeks from when we put claim, nobody bother to contact us, phoned them few times and got told that someone will back to me, no one is here for us til now! Tottaly unreasonable company !!! We also opened a few case for items which got damaged in transport via hermes and got told will take upto 4 weeks and again nobody here to bother to solve all cases! They saying they have close relation with hermes haha,10 weeks case not solved? It looks like you dont have any relation with hermes apart from money you giving them :)

Amazing Courier Company I (Need that Style) have worked with them for many years now would highly recommend. very flexible on collection times, very competitive rates and outstanding customer service.
