Everyone is so lovely, great at teaching and patient when it comes to personal problems.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Joanne as she supported one of our employees through her Level 3 qualification, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Throughout the entire process, Joanne has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, always at the end of a phone and responded promptly to emails.

She consistently went out of her way to ensure our team member felt confident and capable, offering guidance, encouragement, and clear communication at every stage. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for the learner’s progress really show in everything she does.

Nicky Newport has been an excellent tutor and assessor for our apprentice. She is accessible, supportive and her encouragement brings the best out of the apprentice for their learning.

Initially I was nervous starting my course with parenta but Nicola Newport made me feel really comfortable, one file was easy to navigate with nickys help and if I ever needed support with ANYTHING, Nicky was always there to provide support and encouragement. As well as providing the utmost support with my course, Nicky would also check on my well-being making sure I am happy and safe in my setting and was also giving me the best advice before my end point assessment.
