I order what I need and I have it in a day

PRODUCT IS GREAT

Despite my overall dissatisfaction with this company, I awarded the two stars since a portion of my order was fulfilled timely. My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that the company initially accepted my order and delivered a portion of it timely, about two days later. With no mention of the rest of my order, proceeded to cancel the remaining item four days later, claiming that its supplier had suddenly changed the price for the product.
Having had experience on price changes in the past, both Parentgiving and its supplier should have honored the price that was quoted when my order was placed. Either Parentgiving was noticed of the change but failed to update its website or its supplier failed to give notice to Parentgiving timely. Either way, the customer should not have been harmed by their poor business practices.

It should be noted for the record that the price for the product in question doubled, something that both companies should have been aware of due to this large increase.

Being new at this, the care team has been very helpful at deciding what I need. Before ordering, I sampled a variety of brands in Briefs and Pads. I think your product rates far above the rest. I signed up for Subscription Orders. However, I am confused as to whether that is the best plan. Seems like more sales and discounts can be had otherwise.

My incontinence is bad. Dry Direct Super Overnight Underwear provide great absorbency and are really comfortable.

Initially I bought the diapers from Amazon, but they became unavailable. Recently I have been buying the diapers directly from Parent Giving. The delivery service has been very good.

The medium dry Direct are the way to go. The large is way too big. The leg holes are just huge accidents would go right through the leg

Dry Direct are the perfect incontinence diapers for my mother. She does not want any other brand but these.

I love the auto delivery. It heps me so I don’t have to worry about reordering.

I have tried many different products to help me deal with my incontinence issues. None of them can come close to Parentgiving's DryDirect line. They just don't leak and are very comfortable. I am 85 years old, and I highly recommend this product.

Parentgiving's customer service was very helpful in establishing my subscription to the briefs I needed for my child. The briefs are very absorbent and we are not plagued with leaks.

All the customer service reps that I have spoken with are very knowledgeable, helpful and curious.

I have little to no control over my bowels or my bladder and the Ultimate Protective Underwear protect me from major leakage. I have tried many of the other products on the market and these are the best.

Customer service is awesome--everyone I have ever called has been so patient and very helpful.

I have purchased these several times for my adult daughter with incontinence issues. I love that they are machine washable. Worth every penny spent.
