Just signed up for potty training support for my almost 4 year old. She is very strong willed and common strategies are now working for us. I decided to give this a try. Signing up was a lot of more offers and things I was declining, kind of frustrating in the moment to have to click through all of the offers. The program so far seems easy to navigate. The information is quick and easy to pick up. It’s not too much information at once. I’m really hoping this works for us!

I do not recommend this website
I bought a course from the website in Apr 2026, there was no where showing that it was a subscription. I have received an authorized charged in May, I sent an inquiry to the company, and they claimed that I have signed up a subscription (which I did not aware at all). The company at first agreed to refund 25%, then 50%, and after many communications, they finally agreed to 100% refund.
I have followed-up for the refund since early May, I have even received refund confirmation (all are auto replies), I still have not received any refund.
This website is a scam! I do not recommend it at all!

Some good content, but hard to cancel
The content is good, but they are not transparent about the subscription. I signed up for only a 28 day access, but it is not clear that you need to cancel before it renews automatically, and there is no way to do so without emailing them. For this reason I am giving only 1 star as it feels like a scam.

Not transparent with fees
Not transparent with fees. Really bad experience, feel very cheated. Not worth starting with this company, there are many other great resources out there for parents. Once they have your credit card/paypal details you're lost, they'll charge you when you're not looking, deny it and refuse refund for unlawful charges.

This app is a total scam. When I attempted to cancel, (well within the 30-day window they specify) they sent me an email, quoted below:
