I can highly recommend Neil from Parfitt Mobile, he has installed a front & rear dash cam in my car. He arrived on time, completed the job without any complications. A local garage recommend Neil to me & I can see why.

Didn't respond to my enquiry, not even to say they couldn't help

After being let down by a company who "fitted " a hard wire kit for my Hummer but didn't work and my Spot lights also stopped working and unable to get the chap to come and fix. Decided to get a professional on the case. Neil said he'd never worked on a Hummer but hey its got wires lets see what we can do. Got stuck in and I now have hard wired Dash cam. Spots that work and reasonably priced. He will be coming back to fit the reversing cam and hard wire the sat Nav. And some other electrical goodies I want. If you're looking for a reasonably priced professional job Gove Neil at Parfitt mobile a call.

Neil came to fix my car, he managed to book me in the day after I called and arrived on time. My would not start and the engine relay fault code appeared. I was calling the AA out repeatedly and even got a new battery and fuse (don’t remember the name). When he arrived Neil ran several checks on my vehicle and explained everything he was doing to me. He found the fault quickly and fixed it with ease. Before leaving Neil checked my car would start several times and cleared old fault codes after checking them. I would love 100% recommend Parfitt Mobile. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair priced! Thank you Neil!

Excellent service , and communication . Neil took on a job no local garage would , many advising to go to Audi . Neil always turned up on time and did a great job leaving us very happy. Would highly recommend , Paul Sheringham Norfolk.

I had a problem with the airbag ecu on my motorhome .Neil came and tested the unit and tried to repair which proved to be not possible so he sourced, fitted and coded a new unit without delay at a fair price.
As he is busy contacting him can take a while but he always texted back and turned up when promised. I would use him again for auto electrical problems.

I recently had a really poor experience with Neil at Parfittmobile in Norfolk. After several communications which were unreliable and lengthy regarding a fault with the alarm fitted on our motorhome I eventually managed to get a time & date when he would visit to check our alarm.

After taking the day off work to be home, you can imagine my despair and disappointment when he failed to turn up as arranged. Upon contacting him to find out what happened or to arrange an alternative date to revisit he completely ignored my communication.

Having been in business myself for 30+ yrs I have never once arranged to be with a customer, then just not turn up without any explanation or an apology.

I've found it very hard to leave this negative review, but in light of my experience I feel it is fully justified.

Verdict: Shocking experience & totally unreliable.
