I was extremely disappointed in the customer service part. Simple thing like just correcting an order before was shipped out they couldn't even do. Then they weren't even sympathetic or kind it was more like a copy and paste answer I've worked in call centers of them technical support for a long time and customer support and never have I've been so cold harder to my customers no matter how difficult they were
The best part about this experience is the prices and getting the membership. I paid less than half for my lipsticks YSL. So I've got a bundle of seven and I will be buying more despite their incompetence and their rude behavior.
Sometimes you just got to suck it up and bite the bullet because they have good deals
