15 day delivery time because the product is sent from Europe.

I placed an order on the 21st October. It didn't arrive until the 5th November. This site, with a .co.uk web and email address is, for all intents and purposes a UK company giving the impression it is operating in the UK. The products are sent in from Europe but there is no warning I can find of this nor of the subsequent possible delays. 15 days to deliver a bottle of perfum is unacceptable. I for one will never use them again. LH.
