Surprise

I ordered a bottle of parfum and recieved a giftbox with big bottle, small botlle and bodylotion as a surprise. Loved it

Ordered twice and both perfect

Bought a perfume for myself for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded it to a giftbox with a miniature and shower gel! Because of that, I wanted another scent with my birthday money a week later and specifically looked for parfum sales on bol.com. And they upgraded my order again, this time instead of 30ml to a 60ml bottle of perfume!

If you still have doubts about the honesty of this company, take a look at the email they sent me on March 19 – two months after my purchase. They sent me a damaged package with opened, counterfeit perfume. When I wanted to return it, they claimed that since the packaging was already tampered with, a return was not possible under their policy. As a result, I lost 150 euros, and the perfume was completely useless.

Now, after two months, they are offering me a 50% refund if I send back the packaging and remove my review. It’s shocking how they can deceive people like this and send such a shameless offer after so long.

perfume ordered online was delivered in an already opened package, purchases for 150 euros as a gift are not suitable as a gift!

I am reporting this fraud to the police report, I was cheated, the perfume was opened only to change the cap!

yes they offered to return the product to get the money back, but they indicated that they only accept originally packed unopened perfumes in order to be able to refund the full amount, but how can I return the packed product when it was delivered to me open with damaged foil and an open product!

Dear Rafal Trybus,

We exclusively supply new and original perfumes. Your accusation that we "replace caps" is absurd and entirely unfounded. It is important to understand that perfumes and packaging have changed in recent years due to EU regulations, making 10 year old videos, such as the one you referred to, no longer representative. You don't seem to understand this.

Furthermore, we want to emphasize that in the Netherlands, it is unacceptable to resort to insults and serious accusations right away. Calling and immediately start screaming to colleagues on the phone is not normal. Such behavior does not contribute to finding a solution.
We have kindly explained how we operate and offered you a suitable resolution: returning the product for a refund.

We are always open to a respectful conversation, but we expect the same courtesy from you.
