Sorry to hear that your delivery didn't arrive in time. As you placed the order after midday on the Monday, it was shipped on the Tuesday as per our Shipping Policy. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver on Wednesday as they should have done. We are really sorry that this happened and will refund your delivery charge straight away.

Your computer misloaded our address so…
Your computer misloaded our address so there was a day's delay. Then UPS failed to deliver after 2 days and delivered after 6 days - all for next day delivery at £9+. Worse, we could not track the delivery, nor get a reply from yourself, as the app 'Shop' was the only means of tracking and did not work on our mobile phones. It required lengthy account set up via a QR code and then required an additional QR code and an additional device, going round in a circle. It is apalling not to give an adequate means to contact you, the shipper, or track the package when it is equipment urgently needed after discharge from hospital. I requested a refund of the next day delivery cost via email and you have not responded.
