I have placed an order end of April 2025 for my birthday. Its sep now still I haven’t received my order I have been sending emails but their response was working on it. I do not understand wheather they are running a luxury brand as they advertise or low budget company. Shipping service and customer service is very poor.

Wore my Parijan outfit to a summer wedding and received so many compliments. The clothes photographed beautifully and stayed comfortable throughout the long event.

This company is scamming people so wild I don’t have even words to describe how miserable they are. They keep “answering” here in Trustpilots like “I’m sorry you had this experience Blablabla” they answered 4 of my reviews confirming that they will send my money back it was like almost 200€ (they already have the clothes and since then they blocked me) I send months ago again an email cause they told me through trustpilot that this time they for sure would help, but of course never heard from them again so mfs really just play with people like that. People we should do a class action lawsuit against Parijan, we must stop this company cause it’s scamming so much people.

I ordered and they keep saying due to high volume we have delay. This is a total scam (7 days later) and they dont allow return or refund. This is a total scam. Their PayPal is inactive cause cannot keep customer rights. I got scammed more than 200 and still waiting. This is really happening.

My Parijan outfit made me feel confident and polished for my graduation ceremony. The clothes looked sharp in photos and handled the long day comfortably.

I ordered from PARIJAN and it was a complete scam. The items I received looked nothing like the photos. The pants were completely see through and the shirt color did not match at all.

I asked for a return immediately and for over two months they have ignored me. All they send are fake copy paste replies with no refund and no real support.

This company is dishonest and predatory. DO NOT waste your money here. They take your money, send you cheap garbage, and disappear when you try to get help.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of pants from Parijan, but this has been a complete disaster. I never received any confirmation email, even though the money was immediately taken from my account. Their website promises delivery within 7 business days, but nothing has arrived. I have tried to contact their support multiple times and they completely ignore my messages. This feels like a scam, and it’s impossible to get in touch with them. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing – I would never order from them again!

Scam. Don't fall for it. They will reply (personally from Thomas the owner) quickly after purchase to thank you and to inform that will send you the details of shipment with links to encourage you to shop more. Wait a few days and there will be no such shipment updates. You then write to Thomas and he will apologize and claim to be overwhelmed with orders so will take a while. But assures you that will look into the matter and prioritize your order. Wait a few more days and then no news, so you send an email again and he will claim the same and will urgently look into the matter etc. Of course the pattern repeats so you send another email, and this time the email fails to be sent, perhaps they have blocked my email. So to all out there don’t fall for it. Justice or karma will take care of Thomas and his ilk.

Classic white works with any color combination and stays crisp. Linen quality is substantial without being heavy. Perfect foundation piece for warm weather.

the size of my " m " size hoodie was unbeleivably big ... like istg a whole elephant can go thru it ...yhere were no tags on my other items ...the quality was soo cheap and bad

Light neutral works with everything and keeps you cool. Fabric quality exceeds expectations and cut is flattering. Essential piece for warm weather wardrobes.

I bouth a lot of items on Parijan and they sent them to me only after a month, thanks to my repeated mails.
When I received their pack two items where wrong because one of them (trousers) was smaller than the size ordered and the second one (shirt and shorts outfit) was bigger.
So I requested a return and they approved it only after much time. But the absurd was that I sent to Parijan the items (by their instructions) and they refused my pack and turned it back!!!!
I spent 30 euros to return the items, worth about 85 euros to be refunded! I'll never buy anithing on Parijan. They are TRICKSTER AND CHEATERS!!
Don't trust Parijan!

Poor quality, customer service is playing on time. Waiting forever to get my money back.

Would not order anything from the website! they don't have the clothes in stock so when you order something they don't deliver it can take weeks or months!

I’ve been wearing Parijan since this summer and all i can say is that i’m in love with their clothes.

I placed an order on April 24, received it with delays . The clothes are Temu quality so after waiting 1 month for the items to arrive, I requested a return on May 27. After several emails, I finally got return instructions. I paid for the return and the parcel was delivered to their warehouse on June 12.

Despite their stated refund policy of 10–14 business days, I still haven’t received my refund by August 7. I've only received vague apologies and no actual resolution.

I've now filed a dispute with my bank and a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre.

Extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this company at all.
