Avoid! Things have changed and not for the better

Update! Updating my review following their response: they are now holding the final parcel from my fully paid order (import charges also paid) and have blocked my account so I can’t access my order details or tracking.

Preventing access while withholding paid goods is unprofessional and feels retaliatory after I raised a legitimate complaint about misleading AI images.

If this is how disputes are handled, other boutiques should take note. If this happens to you, don’t give up — escalate and protect yourself.

This was my first order this year after being a customer for several years, and the structure of the platform has changed significantly.

Paris Fashion Shops now operates as a multi-seller marketplace where each seller ships independently. As a result, even small orders are split into multiple parcels, generating disproportionate postage and import charges that are not transparent at the point of purchase. The overall cost exposure is far higher than a reasonable consumer would expect.

One seller in particular, Mochy, supplied goods that did not correspond to the listing photographs. The items received were materially different from what was advertised. When I raised the issue, the complaint was redirected into a “right of withdrawal” process rather than treated as goods not as described. This effectively shifts the financial burden of return shipping onto the customer, despite the dispute arising from non-conforming goods.

This experience falls well below the standard I previously associated with the platform. I will not be using the service again, which is disappointing given that it was once a reliable and straightforward marketplace.

Since the end of November 2025, it is no longer possible to consolidate products from multiple suppliers into a single export shipment for your destination, in accordance with the Union Customs Code (UCC) and ongoing European customs harmonization. As a result, orders including items from different suppliers are shipped in separate parcels. You may also use your own carrier if you prefer to manage the shipment yourself.

Regarding the Mochy items, we have carefully reviewed your claim and confirm that the product received matches the item ordered and is not considered defective or non-conforming. While some visuals may be AI-generated for presentation purposes, the additional product photos reflect the actual item delivered. Therefore, the claim cannot be classified as “goods not as described.”

However, you may of course exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with our terms and conditions if you prefer not to keep the item.

We remain at your disposal should you wish to discuss this further.

There is no aftersales

There is no aftersales. When you have a question about an order the do not answer your mail. I tried through mail, Instagram, but no reaction at all. Thuis is the second time that it is happend to me. No service at all. To bad….

Long term customer, extremely disappointed

We’ve been ordering from Paris Fashion Shops for years, but the recent customer service has been extremely disappointing. We received multiple damaged items and were ignored completely after raising complaints — even with photo evidence and follow-ups. No resolution, no replies. The stock is great, but the after-sales support has become unreliable. Really let down after years of loyalty.

I'm extremely disappointed with this…

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. i placed an order from their Italian brands 4 weeks ago and they have never arrived!! i keep asking for a tracking number and they are not giving me. i call and calL PFS but nobody is ever replying, i just cannot get through. must have called more than 50 times. I've sent several emails and not a single reply!!!
i have paid double shipping as these brands are from Italy and i'm asking for a refund
they have not yet refunded me, it's unbelievable

Goods not received

Hello.
I have a bad review.
I placed an order on 10/10/2024 and received nothing.
I then wanted to enquire about a refund but I didn't get it either and the contact (assistenzaitpm.me) no longer exists. :(:(:(

This is all a scam.

Never receive the products and they do not refund

I passed the order the 10th September, the site declared the order is delivered but I have never receive the products.

I followed their instruction to sign a paper to declare that I didnt receive, and they just told me it is not accepted my the logistic company like THEY HAVE NOT RESPONSABLE AT ALL.

I suspect the product was never sent, and this is just a scam website.

Difficult to return faulty goods and poor customer service

My experience started well with Paris fashion shops but sadly the customer service and quality of goods has been diabolical recently. I've received my last two deliveries of goods that have very bad flaws and are unsellable or wrong item sent. When you submit a returns ticket it can take up to 2 weeks for a response and then Paris fashion only allow you 48hrs to return a parcel once they've replied. For many shop owners this is not a reasonable time. In addition there is SO much paperwork to fill in for uk customers and you are required to pay the return costs. Trying to make a formal complaint takes over 7 days for a response and they are very unhelpful. I'm still waiting to have cases resolved from June and over £500 of refunds due. As a long term customer who has spent a lot. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and lack of flexibility. We loose a lot of important tax and shipping costs when items are faulty and this is not considered either.

Update: was told I could return half the items after posting this review. Been waiting since 26th July for a label and no response to last 2 emails chasing it. Clearly still issues with customer response time.

While we strive to be flexible and can sometimes extend the return window by a few days, contacting us three weeks after receiving the return instructions is unfortunately too long for us to accept the return.

We sincerely regret that you felt the need to write a negative review and not reply our last email, as we have consistently made an effort to accommodate your needs and ensure your satisfaction, even when the terms and conditions set by our platform were not always met.

Clothing has holes, Bad service!

Clothing has holes, Also the letters op the pants stick to each other, That way i have so much returns and my profits are minus, I can just trow 4/7 clothing pieces away of 1 pack!! Unacceptable, Its hurting my buisness so much, But they dont care, Because i already sold something i cannot return. Never buy from here! If you need them they will not let you return the items that are not good, Verry bad company. I would have liked to keep them as my buisness clothing supplier but i cannot, because i already lost 400$! Its just crazy they will not do anything for you. Its verry hard for me right now!
