A USA buyer this company cheated me of $600 , sold me items , advertised no tariff but I got fooled , they sent me wrong sizing and ignored all after that

DO NOT SHOP HERE. My friend and I ordered two outfits. They never got shipped. Company stopped replying and did not help to solve the issue at all.

Wish I could give zero rating. This company is fraud and I ended up paying the money with no product or update. I tried reaching multiple times and no luck. Don’t buy anything from here. Beware !!!!

I have paid and waiting for golden colour Banarasi silk kurta.But no feed back from them and no tracking available. They are not taking calls. How do I track the kurta?

Website is a fraud... dear people who are even thinking of buying from this site.... please dont get lured you will never receive the same product and some might never receive their order. Its a fraud,save your money and do not promote such frauds. those who have written good reviews they are all paid. I have filed my complaint with Cyber Crime. and I soon want this site be taken down.

Absolute frauds. Put my family through unnecessary stress. I paid for a wedding suit turban, shawl and mojdi. It took over seven weeks to arrive. The number on the site started getting declined on whats app and phone call. The email sent to them never got a reply. First it was that the guy was in hospital then it was my order has problems and needed correcting. Then it arrived 3 days before my wedding and had no turban that I had ordered. Order number: 1045001507.
Still no turban has arrived.

I ordered 3 outfits with shoes . After 8 week still not received them. Kept calling them , kept giving me excuse that he was Not well and will ship it soon. Eventually I received them but shoes were not sent. They keep saying it was left out by staff but still haven’t got them . It’s now 4 months and no shoes. Terrible customer service. ….

I placed an order with Parivar Ceremony. I immediately got a response that order is confirmed.

After that NOTHING. Then I emailed their support. They said they will ship it next day.

Then NOTHING. I emailed again and after that basically nothing. They took my money and there is nothing I can do now.

This is a scam site.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with www. parivarceremony.com, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn potential customers about their fraudulent practices. I ordered an Indian ethnic Kurta from their website after confirming its availability with their customer service. However, my ordeal began right after placing the order.

Initially, there was prompt communication until the order was placed. After that, there was complete radio silence. I had to consistently follow up to get any updates. After lot of follow ups, I was informed that the material I had originally ordered was out of stock, and I was given the option to choose a different one. Given the urgency of needing the Kurta, I reluctantly selected an alternative.

Upon receiving the Kurta, I discovered numerous issues. The size was completely off, Instead of Size (Chest) 40 thy made waist 40, fitting is so loose that it was unwearable. Moreover, the quality of stitching and fabric was subpar, with visible dirt marks all over the garment. It was evident that the product did not meet the promised standards.

Attempting to address these concerns with parivar ceremony was futile. Despite multiple attempts through both WhatsApp and phone calls, I received absolutely no response from their end. It's clear that this company lacks integrity and customer service, making it essential for potential buyers to beware.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from pariwar ceremony com. Their reviews and Likes appear to be misleading, possibly bought or fabricated. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss by avoiding this fraudulent merchant.

It’s great pleasures to use this company for my customized Anarkali, it was perfectly stitched for my measurements, employ was great in handling all my issues, fabric was absolutely gorgeous, I really liked my outfit, it’s rich and suits Royalty.
