Was so easy to find

Was so easy to find . Location was great the only negative I would give is that it is quite small to drive down to the parking as I have a 4x4 it was quite tight to get around the corners .

Never again

Never again! We have opted for a closed garage to protect our car. Nevertheless, someone was able to gain access and smash my side window. Fortunately, I had no valuables in the car. The hassle and costs are great and no one cares. Park Bee says that unfortunately this can happen and we have to clarify this ourselves with our insurance company. It would be nice if their insurance would cover the damage, as they could not guarantee the safety of my car! I could have just parked on the street for less money!! Inconceivable!

The location is not the best location…

The location is not the best location to be at night and for new drives it’s not the best place bc it’s not a straight garage the place looks dead and is a little bit far from the city

Kinda dumb.

You can only pay by the minute by scanning the QR code. Why do I have to download an app to park. Kinda sucks lol.

We have different products. You could book a location in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium via our ParkBee app. Besides that, you can also pay per minute via a QR code in all above countries + UK. Hopefully now it makes more sence.

Straightforward Parking

App is easy and straightforward to use, and designated car park was convenient. We parked over an entire week-end and the full cost was very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The place was very hard to find

The place was very hard to find. We were driving one hour in the city in a circle. There was no support contact. Or anyone that could help us to find the address. We had to call the hotel near this parking spot to ask if they knew where to go. The garage it self was good.

Customer service has no sympathy

I arrived at the parking location and no spot was left although I had made reservation weeks in advance. I called the help line twice and was treated with absolutely no understanding or empathy in any shape or form. There was little to no support. I was only lectured and told that there are just too many cars in Amsterdam. I have had good experiences with parkbee in the past but this was the last time I have used their service. Totally unacceptable.
