This site is obviously a scam. Look at their Linkedin staff - half of them all have the same style of picture, description, and tenancy at previous roles.

Customer service is great. Prompt courteous and answered the phone almost immediately. No annoying autoprompts either!

Using Parkbench in my business is like taking what I was doing in the community and putting it on steroids with business interviews. Their platform is very robust and the training is excellent to give us direction on how to implement. I love this platform. I have been building my business through networking, building relationships and being a connector. Prior to March 2020, I was very active in the local chamber, was the chair of our ambassador committee, volunteered at my kids' school and several non-profits and facilitated networking groups. When that all stopped due to COVID, I really struggled personally trying to continue to grow my business and also to have a feeling of satisfaction and enjoyment that I got from my activity. When I learned about Parkbench I knew it was a perfect fit for me, not only to supplement networking while things were still really restricted, but going forward and be able to differentiate myself from other agents. (we all know at least 20 right?)
In just the first few months, I was meeting business owners I wouldn't have otherwise met. I purchase an interview booking package and Veronica was connecting me with people that were outside my existing sphere. It was really great because the people I already knew from networking, already know me and this really helped me meet knew people right out of the gate. After posting the first few interviews I was really happy to see how it was starting to build a community. One person I was interviewing told me how she viewed some interviews prior to getting on our zoom call. She bought dumplings from a business that I had interviewed previously, and when she got them delivered told them how she had about the business. Another woman that started a cake business, created a vendor event and many of the people I interviewed have signed up to have booths there. I have heard stories bout the interviewees collaborating and doing projects together as well. And the amazing thing about it all, is I am bringing these people together. One thing they all have in common is I helped their business in a small way to promote them, asking for nothing in exchange, and they all know that I am bringing them together and helping to create a great community of small local businesses. They people I interview have already begun to talk to me about real estate ideas, or needs they have. It all starts from what I say, you have to give before you can receive, it takes time and consistency, but this is such a perfect platform to help me do it.

I am a brand new agent with Keller Williams Atlanta Partners and I am so excited to be a part of Parkbench. My five-star experience so far is directly tied to me doing the leg work to make this successful. A positive experience with Parkbench only happens when the sponsor Realtor® understands that this is not automatic. While there is a lot of aggregated content, it is up to YOU to go out and meet your community and make the interviews happen. To find success with Parkbench you must be willing and ready to use Parkbench as a primary method of lead generation and not a side project that you do from time to time or leave up to an admin.

I am simply loving being a local leader here in Barrington, RI. I view it as such an honor and am deriving daily joy via my involvement with this amazing platform and "movement." The Parkbench mission is one that aligns remarkably well with mine which is one of "making better happen" daily. My experience with Parkbench is 4 years in the making. I joined with the express purpose to build my real estate database through relationships. Parkbench has more than delivered with their platform.
I now have many more quality relationships because of this and have received referrals to listings, direct business from the connection, Parkbench realtor to Parkbench realtor referrals (which was an unexpected benefit) plus it has provided a community connection that is invaluable.
Before Parkbench I detested prospecting (not good for a realtor) now, I really enjoy it using the Parkbench Platform. They have excellent support, training and a wonderful community of like minded realtors to connect with too.
