A good first experience
It was my first experience in this car park and with this company: the online reservation was simple and fast, as were the instructions for arriving and accessing the car park. We will definitely book again for future trips

Good parking solution
No issues with the car drop-off and pick-up times despite the plane delay. I saved about 50% compared to the cost of parking at the airport. Phone customer service was available.

It was a terrible experience
It was a terrible experience, it was not possible to contact the nr I was provided, I called Parkcare many times, they were not able either and offered no help basically, they told me to contact the parking directly m but this parking does not see to exist!
So I had to book another car valet service by myself on the day of the flight, so I paid twice!
They told me to send an email for refund, which I did twice, but got no reply yet
