I will never use ParkCare again! They call it valet service. It would have been cheaper and quicker to park in Düsseldorf and take public transport to the airport.
I arranged for a drop-off at 10:30. As we couldn’t find where we were supposed to drop off our car, it was 10:37 before we phoned for them to pick up our car. From that point, it took them 55 minutes until they actually picked up our car at 11:32. Luckily, we had arranged to arrive with plenty of time, because in another circumstance, we might have missed our flight.
The man we spoke to said that on our return, not to phone until we got to the pick up point, and not earlier, as the car would be there. When we reached the pick-up point and phoned him, he then told us we would have to wait half an hour. When I phoned back and asked if it could be quicker, he then accused us of arriving an hour late when we dropped the car off, and if I bothered him again, he wouldn’t bring our car back at all. Realising that might be a threat to far, he corrected himself and said he would take two hours to bring us our car. As it was, it took almost an hour.

We parked here our car for 1 week, I think it's a good parking for following reasons:
- the price
- it's partially covered
- automatic opening of the barrier with the licence plate (no tickets)

It's our second time parking our car here in this year. It's very close to the airport,you can easily walk there. And easy to book online. Simple and safe place for car parking. Just book a bit on time,you can get a great deal.

Biggest scam. All the promisses on web site are fake. They never send an e-mail with confirmation or directions, also there is no phone number to call, they don’t reply to e-mails on time, it takes forever. What a stress and waisted money, time, energy and just to park my car after all somewhere else!
Finally after many days answer via whatsapp just pure ignorance and no refund.
Never again!!

The parking is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Made a reservation for my car online, during the reservation there were two options, one that you could leave the car keys with them and the other one to take your keys with you.
We chosed to take our key with us. Soon we got there, they told us that we had to leave the car keys with them. There was a little argument, they called the office and they told me that there was no other way, that they must have the car keys. I was disappointed because that was not the agreement we made. Nothing happened to my car. Pick up at the airport took 35 min. Next time I will park at the Airport.

It was easy to drop and pick up the car. they were fast and I didn't wait to pick up my car. thank you for that.

Misleading advertisement, shuttle service you still need to pay. While they claim it's inclusive. Logged a ticket zero response, started a WhatsApp again zero response.

Good parking, close to airport.

Parking is good in terms of size. Many lots available.

Unfortunate that there was no shuttle to the airport and we had to endure a 20 minute walk with heavy luggage. On the way back when I tried contracting the number I had in the e-mail, as it was raining, it said it doesn’t exist.

Fast transport from the parking lot to the airport, parking located close to the airport at an affordable price.
