Terrible internal politics, dramatic toxic work environment. Culture there protects who they want to and ignores errors and flaws in the system to maintain status quo especially to pander to VPs and higher up leadership.

Just wanted to let people know about Parker Hannifin in Barnstaple. My husband and son both worked for Parker up until about 4 weeks ago. They were working one evening and my son went to my husband with tears in his eyes. He asked what the matter was and he said the person he was working with had bullied him all night. My husband approached this person (Dave Drew) and tried having a conversation with him about why he was that way with our son. He didn't want to chat to me, just said that my son wasn't working fast enough even though Parker preach " Quality not quantity ". So they finished the evening and came home. The next morning they both had a text message saying that their contracts have been terminated. They’ve been messaging Parker HR who haven’t looked into the bullying claims and told us the reason our contracts were terminated is because my son left half hour early that night (understandable really) and that my husband had too many days off sick (1 day. The rest were agreed holidays.) HR have now stopped messaging them and think they are hoping this will all go away. THINK AGAIN. You have picked the wrong person to mess with. My husband will not drop this case and hope for your sake you finally recognise what has happened and open a proper investigation.

Very poor customer experience. It's virtually impossible to get the status of a device you send for service (Filtration division, OH). There's no base customer service, only "senior" sales staff that don't allocate time for after sales and day-to-day customer service.
