Parkers bay are total scammers. They falsly advertise their clothes made of cheap material & poorly fitting polyester jackets and coats as leather then refuse to refund the money and phones are disconnected

Bought a light i need to cancel. Have tried to call, contact phone is disconnected. Emailed many times and lodged requests on website.

Absolutely no reply. No product, no communication.

The jacket I ordered was awful quality, cheap fabric and a terrible fit. After contacting customer service, I was offered an immediate 10% refund to keep it. Then that got upped to 20% after I started complaining... I wanted a full refund, and was told to return it to an address in China. I paid for tracked postage, and while the parcel cleared Chinese customs, the company never collected it from the carrier. I genuinely believe this is how they avoid processing refunds. What an absolute waste of time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Parkers Bay - parkersbay.com has the worst quality products. Sizing is incorrect and the garments look nothing like the picture. Customer Service is none existent when attempting to get a refund the company will make you pay for shipping return then use the excuse that the product is stuck at customs and then send it back to you with no refund. 100% scam company. Do not buy from them!

I received two jumpers instead of 1 and have yet to see if I was charged for 2 so not sure

Do not buy from here it's a scam! I know their website looks lovely and it seems like it would be fine. It's not. I ordered dresses, for some weddings I had coming up, they were all polyester, no labels, terrible quality. I tried to get a refund and send them back, they still haven't refunded me.

There a scam don’t believe there website they are not Australian they are based in china. The clothing on Temu is better than what you will receive from them. AVOID AT ALL COST

First of all this company is not based in Australia as it would appear (at least to me, especially as offered free post within Australia) but actually they were based in China. Secondly, the clothing quality is really bad and their clothing descriptions are totally inaccurate! The item was described as providing winter warmth but was made of paper thin material (and to add insult to injury, after I opted to do a return due to item not being as described, they changed the description online to summery light). Thirdly, it took weeks to arrive! Finally, their return policy is such a scam as you have to return item to China with tracking and then pay custom duties on top (close to oz $50 all up). Then it sat in Chinese customs for weeks even though duties paid werks earlier! I had to send multiple emails to get my money back and I opened a case with bank as a backup due to lack of responses! THEY ARE A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

For a 2XL size, it is very small.
Other jackets etc that i have in 2XL i have plenty of room to move, Yours was very tight.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 70 emails back and fourth later and my package is stuck at customs and I have been told I have to pay more for them to receive the item back. I just wanted a refund after being sold a falsely advertised item. Don’t buy from this website please.

I paid $79 dollas for a dress for a wedding. It wasn't delivered although I contacted the company numerous times to confirm the delivery address. No refund has been given and only very vague response from their emails.

Terrible. Dresses no where near the size stated in the size chart. I emailed the ‘company’ who asked me to send photos in the dresses (no chance of that). Paid $38 to send the items back and now being told to pay duties and taxes (another $44) before my refund can be processed (unsure this would ever happen). SCAM. DO NOT BUY.

Parker’s Bay was very quick to reply when I had an issue with a product. Through no fault of their own I had an issue with one of the items I ordered. I supplied images and explained the issue and there was no questions asked with a refund to be issued. They have done business 101 and as a result I’d be happy to continue to purchase items from them in the future. Highly recommend the customer service aspect of this business and they seem to otherwise have nice quality products.

Love my new lamps. Communication around out of stock lamps was not so good originally, but after that was kept in the loop.
