Website signup is nonfunctional

Problem with the system during the payment process (LASTED 4 DAYS), didn't received the voucher. Had to buy it twice (no offer available any longer) and be refunded by my credid card company.
NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE WITH MY ON-LINE PURCHASES!

It's impossible to understand how to reach the "low cost park" arriving from Turin, because the way is awfully signaled. There was tall grass and broken glass on the floor. I booked online a parking lot, but when I arrived the parking was full (with cars in double park) and I had to wait until someone left.

Easy and fast access/leaving but several sections ot the 5th floor (top) have to be repaired.

The service is perfect!! easy to access and to manage the reservations.
the only thingh i wish to highlight is that i pick-up my car the day after (10 hours later) because of a delay in flight and i have to pay 24 euros extras.

Competitive price (5th floor) but the ticket after one week didn’t work and so I had to leave my wife and my daughter to look for help in solving the issue with the ticket. Nobody answering to the direct call close to the exit, nobody in the dedicated office at the ground floor close to the exit. Basically I lost around 30 min not being able to leave the parking. In the end finally a man arrived in the dedicated office and changed the ticket with a brand new one (after checking on the website if my reservation was true and correct).

The on-line system to book a parking place is easy and quick, as well as cheap!

I've been parking my car for a week long. All went right. Price is not too low but still affordable.

I’m satisfied regarding online booking and all the procedure. Since it’s very important, I could advice to send the pin via sms to the customer. All went very fine, but the structure itself need some renovation (at least 5th floor). Will use it again in the future

We arrived 25.02.2018 at 18,30 after the snow ( everyone knew about it)
The first ramp to the exit ( we were at the 5 floor) was completely covered by ice and snow...nobody cleaned it and nobody used some salt ........so we almost had an accident.....

The parking is easy to find and very close to the Airport enter. It could be cheaper, but anyway a good choise.

my card/ticket didn't work in exit. I had to go to the office for the replacement.

Everything went perfect. It was very easy to enter the parking with the code I received by email, it was extremely quick to get from the parking to the desks.
