No rates were posted, it was 25 for two hours and then it wouldn’t extend my parking through their extended parking selection so I had to start a new session where I found out I could pay for one hour... See more

The Parking lot was well lit and the instructions for payment were easy and clearly visible. The payment itself was way too expensive, as I had to pay $18 to park for 1 hour!

I initially attempted to pay for 3 hours, but was limited to 2 hours. Then I received notice to extend my time, I extended for an hour, but was charged the same rate for an additional hour as I was for the initial 2 hours. Please post your hourly rates so that everyone is on the same page.

I paid 12.35 for 3 hours, the concert went 10 minutes too long, when I wanted to add 15 min , but guess what? ANOTHER $12.35. That was crazy. I left my concert early instead of paying 12.00 more. It was very upsetting.

I wish this was available in every city with paid parking. So easy and didn’t have to worry about running out of time because I got a text asking if I needed to add more time.

It was extremely difficult to connect with my internet and then not having credit handy made me late for appointment by 45 minutes.

Parking was three times the typical cost in the area. It was $24 for three hours which is unheard of in Decatur. Ridiculous. They don’t have a sign with rates to let you know ahead of time. Never again.

took repeated and frustrating efforts to secure parking. turns out, you probably have a limit of 3 hours on a session, although that is not listed anywhere. tried texting, scanning qr code, downloaded app...real waste of time while trying to get to an event.

Too expensive for the amount of time I had to actually park my car.

12.50 for 45 minutes. The Biggest ripoff. The only reason why I used it was because I was pressed on time. This was in Downtown Decatur behind the square.

QR code sent me to the website which was totally useless. The fields did not trigger the keyboard which made it unusable. I downloaded the app which worked much better. However I because of the urgency of getting it done I finished the transaction without creating an account. When I was away from the car and finally had time to create an account, the app did not acknowledge my existing transaction. I was sent a reminder to extend and when I clicked on the link and it took me to the app, there was no record of the existing transaction forcing me to attempt to create a new transaction. The lot I was in (about 50 feet from where I was indoors) was not on the map. I pulled up the email confirming my original transaction and there was no reference to the lot # I was in. In essence there was no way for me to extend of create a new transaction without going to my car. Worst parking app I have ever tried to use.

The charge to park was $40.00 and the lot was the last one after all the other parking lots for Truist Park. $40 was the highest we had ever paid any anywhere in the world for parking. Shame on you.

This is a parking lot no other I have experienced. There are no prices advertised, so you scan the qr code and enter your info. Ok that seems easy enough. So you then select the time you want, I did 30min. But my receipt said 3 hours! So that was a total waste of money.

Slow website, form was cumbersome and tedious to fill out, and price was 3x other lots. Among the worst parking site/app experiences I’ve seen. Will avoid in the future.

Great place park and fly, great customer service. I told a few friends about it, less than ten minutes to and from the airport. Will park there again sometime next month.
The parking lot was fine, but charging $12 regardless of how long we stayed? Absurd.
Provided a convenient spot in Decatur in Atlanta.
