I love that you have options, that your directions are clear, that you are cheaper than the alternatives for the lot closest to my office.

Don’t use for this garage!!!!
Better off using the good old paper tickets then the app for this garage. The phone QR code does not work with the scanner on the door to get back into the garage. And the attendant at the front desk of the building said she could not let us in. Thankfully a Good Samaritan came past and seeing I was 9m pregnant helped us get into the garage. Then when we tried to get out with the car by scanning the QR code and that also did not work had to use the help button and thankfully that woman was able to help us get out. Did report this issue to parking.com but they have not responded at all.

Horrible app
Horrible app. Never recognizes when I approach gate and frequently identifies the wrong garage and therefore my card on file is charged. Awfully designed with so many problems.
1225 Old Town - no access to your car from the street without a paper ticket and the process is now ticketless. Help
1225 Old Town, Chicago is where I parked over the weekend. Process is now ticketless. Unfortunately without a paper ticket you cant enter through the dedicated parking garage pedestrian entry door on the street to walk to your car. You have to go through a grocery store down the street or the lobby of private residences. You cant access your car if the grocery store isnt open and the private residence guard wouldn’t let me pass through the lobby to get to the elevator. Please update the dedicated parking garage pedestrian door to accept some form of paperless entry. No phone number to call for help
Parking is a racket
My experience was pretty awful. Before leaving the parking lot I was parked in I saw an advertisement, so I figured I’d give it a try. Upon venturing out again I made my purchase. Then all I had to do was walk about half a block back to my car/the garage. Of course I get to the entryway and the barcode I was sent didn’t work. I stood there trying to swipe it several times looking like an idiot. I finally went inside to the attendant and told her my barcode wasn’t working for entry. She pointed to the stairs. Chicago is not foreign to me, but I generally take a few moments to get my bearings; get the radio and my phone/GPS ready with payment nearby. Between this and not gaining entry to the parking lot right away - I was a few minutes past the window of my purchase. I was hoping it would be fine, but of course when I was exiting the garage I could not get out with said barcode. I had to page help. It took a minute or two and then a heavily accented woman answered. She didn’t listen to much I said. I was then charged another $14 for being 8 minutes over my time limit. I definitely think this charge was without merit. This is not the first instance like this I have had at that garage. A purchaser should receive a useable barcode, so they don’t have to waste time in dealing with an attendant, etc.

Easy this go round
Easy this go round, only one minor hiccup as opposed to last time. The parking lot had a separate pedestrian entry that would not accept my QR code to scan to enter and get my car. Luckily I found another way into the parking garage through a store that was attached but it was still a bit frustrating.
Cheap & Safe Parking
Was able to park downtown Chicago for cheap! My car was in a locked and cover location.

This is the most unorganized company
This is the most unorganized company. Purchased online a parking spot downtown Chicago to go to a festival, but you couldn’t access the parking because it was in the festival!!!! Seriously! I drove around for an hour looking for other parking! I would never use this service again!

Good Price
Indeed, I received a very good price. However, the actual parking garage was unable to read my printed reservation! With a couple of phone calls, the problem was resolved, but with some anxiety.

Easy and affordable
The online booking process was very easy and the rate structure was very good compared to others in the area. The garage felt very secure and the check-in process was easy. The only issue we had was in reference to leaving and trying to come back in with in/out privileges. When I contacted customer service, the representative (possibly Stephanie) was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience.

Waste of Money
Completely wasted my money on this parking spot. When I arrived the garage was shut and I wasn’t able to park where I paid to and then was almost late because I had to figure out parking at the last minute. Thanks.
