Used it in NYC and Philadelphia. Both places I've reserved parking spots/garage before our trip. It made it easy and secure to park and cheaper.

Car was damaged while parked and attendant argued at first that nothing happened. He eventually agreed they were at fault.

Edited to add it is definitely not open in spite of sign that they are renovating. The entrances are completely closed.

The facility is under renovation and is all boarded up. We drove by it twice before we realized that it was open. Had to honk the horn and wait for attendant to come down

The attendants were truly rude and awful. I am used to rude but this was beyond anything I have experienced. There was no signage at the location and when I asked simple questions I was actually ignored. It was wild. When I came to pick up my car there was suddenly a $7 additional charge and I had to go up a very sketchy long and very dark staircase with my young daughter to pay. They refused to take cash and I had to use my card, which was very suspicious because a) I suddenly had this random new charge and b) they were using a card reader. I have been keeping an eye on my accounts carefully since. I am rating 3 stars because it was a total of $32 for several hours in Manhattan which is still reasonable, despite the extra charge and with the assumption my card wasn't duped.

When I arrived to the parking garage. It was closed down. There were a bunch of old men outside standing in groups and it was around 10 PM. I’m a woman and I was alone so I didn’t dare get out of my car to ask. I just found parking elsewhere. It sucks because I reserved it the day before and therefore, had already paid. But it’s easier to take that L than to risk getting raped and killed. Why the f*** was the garage closed though?

When I arrived I gave the attendant the printout of my reservation confirmation along with the reservation number, however, he could not find a record of my reservation. Although I was in rather a hurry I had to wait for him to make several calls to finally get confirmation of my reservation.

The garage said they were full and did not let me in.

I can't believe I got a parking spot in NYC at these prices. I was skeptical, but they were true to their word. App was easy to use.

Paid for an oversized parking garage space only to be told that they don't allow my pickup truck. Already out $40 and then forced to spend $77 more somewhere else after being late for a meeting, as I now couldn't find a garage. What's the sense of showing oversize options if they're not really available? Still haven't been able to reach anyone to resolve the $$ issue...

I have selected for Oversize Vehicle for the Parking Pass, yet we were denied parking due to the size of our vehicle.

Would have been five strs but for two issues. We prepaid online and were asked to print out the receipt and ticket, which we did. However, when we arrived the attendant asked for a confirmation number which apparently was not on the printed receipt that we were asked to print online. After explaining that was all we had, the attendant accepted our receipt and all went well. Very good customer service by the attendant. There should be better signage outside to indicate the name and address of the garage.
