I had been warned about the scammers who are at the lot near the federal building and ask people parking for cash to park, so I knew I needed to use the kiosk or QR code on my phone to pay. The kiosk... See more

They will try to charge you $89 saying you didnt pay. Waste your time by making you find proof by digging texts and emails. Giving your number, email, and credit card number to these guys is a huge mistake. You'll get more spam calls

Why is the parking 21 dollars for 3 hours, I think you should charge based on the amount of hours someone chooses to park here, and not have a set price of 21 dollars when there is way cheaper parking in this area.

The payment processor on your website
The payment processor on your website was broken. Thankfully I could pay through Apple apt to avoid tickets which is what happened to several others who parked there.

It said you need $20 for full day parking which I did after 2 hours I was sent a reminder to pay again or my car would be towed away ! I called your number and I was told that I have to pay again and dispute the charges or I will lose my car to towing ! Even the agent at the premises said the same ! I ended paying $40 for one day

20 minutes of parking for 20.99 is the biggest rip off. The attendant did nothing to help two senior citizens from out of town try to move around this small lot and they were parked in the only handicapped space in the lot. Never again, we will park somewhere else and take an Uber Lyft before I ever give your company my money.

This was a rip off, $20 for 30min. Everyone else who paid in the same parking area said it was supposed to be $7.

The agent didn’t explain well why my car was booted. The signage did not state that the driver has to complete the transaction while in the car yet the agent still booted my car causing damages to my rim and wheels.
Eventually, after realizing his mistakes, he removed the immobilizers from my wheels.
What a hassle and terrible experience I have!!!

Need to reposition your sign
A man, pretending to be an employee, guided me where to park and told me to pay $20. So I did.
Only after I parked and stepped out of my vehicle did I see the sign about not paying any person. That sign should be repositioned closer to the entrance.

Very convenient :)
I’m not from here so driving in circles is my specialty lol. This parking lot was extremely convenient. Directly across from the two buildings I needed to go to. I definitely saved this spot on my gps for next time I’m in the area. You can use the machine to pay or you can scan the code, now the lot is smaller than most. One way in one way out which I like. We used this parking lot 5 times 😊
