Parking lot was a tad bit small and tight for my liking but it was in the heart of downtown and by everything. I would park here again.

Mixed feeling

Mixed feeling
Overall compared to the rates in downtown Chicago, it was good to park where we did. The negatives were that one time we were delayed 25 minutes with the ticket machine malfunctioning. It took multiple calls to get out of the garage. Another time, there was a problem with the machine again which resulted in a 10 minute delay before someone came over and fixed the issue. A long line of (patient) drivers waited for those issues to be resolved. Need to upgrade these ancient ticket validation machine at the garage exit!

Look at the reply. Please don’t waste your time when you know your company isn’t going to respond.

Too expensive

Too expensive. I got the same parking lot for
69% cheaper thru another mobile service!!

I think they should improve their…

I think they should improve their prices for those loyal customers of the company, for example we have many that work in dowtown and it would be good if there was an accessible plan for us who are loyal customers

I booked a space online

I booked a space online, starting at 3:30 pm. When we arrived to park there weren't any available public spots to park in. There were plenty open spots marked reserved. I called and spoke with Donny. He was very nice and told me to park in an empty reserved spot. Which I did. While it all worked out in the end, I am not so sure I will use this again. Perhaps you can make more public spots available?

While some of our locations do require printed passes the vast majority accept mobile passes, including the location referenced in this review.
