My wife and I attended a church function lasting 2 hours (6-8pm). Because the Bengals were to have the Monday night football game, we did not have an opportunity to pay less than the $15 fee associated with that game.

Quick and easy, what more can I say!

Small lot with tight areas to make turns. Expensive compared to what was around it, $15. Garage right next door was $10 which we didn't realize until after we parked. So were other garages and areas around ($10).

The sign said.12hrs for 5.65, the app asked how long we were going to be there and I was only there for a meeting (1 hrs or so). I put 3 hrs down to be safe but when we came out my vehicle was disabled and we waited for a tow. I had to pay a second time 5.65 because we stayed longer than 3 hrs. YOU SHOULD NOT BE DECEPTIVE IN ASKING HOW LONG, YOU SHOULD JUST GIVE 12HRS!!!

This lot is very convenient for the temporary work I was doing.

We had occasions to drive both our vehicles and park. We paid with the app. I had to switch my second vehicle to my default vehicle to pay. Not very user friendly. Parking lot was fine!

Disappointed. Transaction was relatively smooth when parking in Cincinnati at 228 W 8th St. I was charged for 2 hours of parking. When I returned to the car an hour later, I had a citation for $70. i see other reviewers had similar problems on June 3. I tried to contact parking.com through their website and links provided on the citation. I submitted an explanation but have received no acknowledgment or response or resolution. So now waiting for the threatened collection notice. Lack of communication and the hassle of the citation is disappointing. I will avoid parking run by parking.com in the future.

App does not work properly to pay for multiple spots. I paid for 6 of my employees parking for an event and 5 of them received parking tickets even though there was payment for all of the spots. Poor customer service that could not fix the problem at the time they were received. Still waiting to hear back from the email request I put in.

I paid for parking with my credit card. $5.65 for 4 hours. Within 1 minute of paying I received a text saying my session was ending soon. 3 other people that were going to the same event had the same issue. When I came back to my car there was a $70 ticket. I went on line and my credit card was charged. I was only gone 3 hours. Obviously something is wrong with your system.

My friend had the same issue with your payment system on the same date and time as mine. She did not have documentation showing that she attempted to pay and her violation was not voided. Please look into this further. She did pay the ticket but I think she should be refunded as the system wasn't working properly

The person in the lot pointed to the sign but we had no idea what we were doing to get connected and pay the amount. need more information.

Convenience, and price.

I thought the clunky sign-up interface and process were the worst things about this experience, until I realized that 3 hours and 12 hours cost the same, but you can’t extend your time without paying again??!! Madness. Or rather, theft. Refund me for the second charge and I’ll bump this up to 3 stars.

It took a while to enter info, needs to be quicker. Don't like how sign said $5 but I paid $15 because of an event I didn't attend

The convenience. The price. The Rewards Program.

I park in the same lot 3-4 days per week, and it is more cost effective to purchase daily parking. There is a “favorites” option, but it doesn’t actually do anything. It just sort of shows you details about the favorited lot. So every day that I park there, I have to type in the code or scan the QR code. Why not make the favorites section actually useful, and allow me to purchase that day’s parking without typing in a code?
