The kiosk wasn't working, so i paid online then when i went to the app it didn't have an active account, so I paid again in fear of being towed or ticketed for not paying, the second payment showed an active status. Tried to call to get reimbursed for the double payment. No one could help me i was transferred to a voicemail where i left a message but the issue was never resolved and no one called me back.

What I’m EXTREMELY upset is by how your parking business gives us workers and I, at the Hotels in the area, parking tickets within seconds! There is no sympathy that you have which makes me angered and not want to park there, even though that is our first option and the nearest parking place.
For instance, if one of us workers paid for three hours then thirty minutes later we are given a ticket. While I do understand that it is policy there should be another time choice for the limit. We are stuck at work and sometimes not able to pay for more time because we have a literal job to do and we are not allowed to go to the parking space quickly, especially if business is booming inside the hotels.
It’s like we are making money but losing it at the same time because of parking.
I completely understand that it MAY be your policy, just please consider how hard we are trying to work inside and we come out at the end of a long/short shift and see a ticket on our cars.
It's not 3.99 for ALL DAY parking like advertised, it only last up to 11hrs but it's only 3.99.
The fact that there was a clear and large QR code for me to use made parking extremely convenient

Plenty of spots available and payment was fairly easy (the payment machine was broken; had to use the QR code scan method). The posted signs are a bit deceiving saying the rate was $3 for the evening but I got charged $3.99 including a service fee. Access to the lot is somewhat restricted via a two-way driveway that is only one vehicle wide off a one-way street. Not much you can do about the latter, it is just difficult especially with traffic.

I sent an email asking what the service fee is for. I used to book parking without a service fee. What does the extra .99 cover as I am not getting any extra service?
They changed the price to $1 more from one day to the very next day.
The text method for paying for the service did not even work. I would appreciate to have quick and easy method to pay for my parking.

It said there was a flat rate. Then why did i have to put in how long i was parking? I ended up having to pay $9 instead of the advertised $2 rate. I’ll never park there again.
Liked the cheaper flat rate for a few hours to eat and spend money in area. Lot did not gouge you so you could spend in area. My son dud it fir me though, I'm not great doing apps yet.
There was a big sandwich board sign in the lot indicating the rate was a "flat rate $2." However, when we scanned the QR code, the charge was $5.99 for the one hour we needed to park.
I paid to park in the lot and got a ticket even though I paid 2 dollars rate. The ticket had the wrong lot attached. I called and no one ever called back. I also filed a dispute and not one has respond. The ticket was $77.00 and everyone that works with me go one as well. I'm never parking there again.

There was a sign in the lot stating “flat rate of $2”. Then we were charged $6. That is ridiculous. If you’re going to charge $6, the sign needs removed as that seems illegal
