I literally could not find the parking…
I literally could not find the parking garage I paid for and had to pay to park in another garage across the street. No markings, no identification and no help.

I don’t want to download an app, or scan a code, or leave my personal information. I want to park my car and pay with a credit card. That’s it.

The app is terrible
The app is terrible. I have to use it to park at work. I only use it to park in one lot, but I have to search the map to find the lot every time. There is no way to just rebook the last session at the same lot without going through the map. Also, my firm has a discount and I have to manually enter the discount code each time. The discount should attach to my profile and automatically apply when I book at my firm's lot. And, the discount doesn't work unless the exit time is set to 4:30PM, which is arbitrary and absurd and requires more manual data entry.
