The parking spot was easy to find.

The parking spot was easy to find from the street. The only thing I didn't like, and I am sure everyone else is saying the same thing when visiting downtown, is the price of parking. It's getting too expensive to enjoy downtown Cincinnati.

Overpaid

I paid for three hours for 15 bucks, I needed to add time and it was another 15. Turns out if I had paid for the event parking I would have only had to pay the 15 once.

Too Expensive

It would be helpful to know the rates before signing into your phone. It is a good way to get mugged. What if you do not have a smart phone? Some of us still have flip phones (at a special price) just for emergencies. The rate was $10 more than any of the surrounding garages, but I was running late, otherwise I would have left.

Need better payment method

The lot was convenient to the theater. However, scanning the QR code and inputting my credit card information in the parking lot, in the evening, was not ideal. Much prefer being able to tap or insert my CC into a machine. Had to input my information several times as the site wasn't the easiest. For example, the expiration date on my CC needed to be inputted as xx/ xxxx ( four digit year). Most sites only use the 2 digit year, as it is displayed on the CC itself (xx/xx) I missed that at first and was confused why my CC info was not going through. Again, not fun doing this in the middle of a parking lot . A machine would have been so much easier to use.

Great location

Great location. Easy to get out after event. First time user and it was confusing for me to provide information needed after I scanned
