It was easy to find the garage entrance, a space to park, and get in and out.

In & Out Didn't Work
I purchased in & out parking for my stay and after leaving the first time my QR code didn't work to get back in. I took a ticket to get in the garage and called customer service the next morning. The very kind woman I spoke to told me that I did have in & out privileges and she wasn't sure why my QR code wasn't working. She advised me to take a ticket when I entered the garage and upon exit pressing the "help" button to connect with a remote agent. She said if I provided my order number with Parking.com they would be able to open the gate and allow me to exit without having to pay for the ticket I took upon entry. She also said that if there was an issue that I should just pay for the ticket to exit and call back and I would be issued a refund. Although it was very annoying and took extra time, calling the remote agent worked a few times. However, when we were leaving for the final time the remote agent told us there was nothing he could do and that we were required to pay for the ticket in order to exit the garage. Because we needed to make it to the airport we just paid the ticket, assured that we would be able to get a refund. I submitted an online "contact us" request to be refunded, but never heard back. So then I followed up with a call, was asked for a bunch of details, went through everything again, and was told that I needed to call a different number. I called the new number, (which I think was directly to the garage itself,) and was told that based on the price I paid I didn't have in & out privileges. I was told that the $20 fee I paid upon exit was actually only $5 more than I should have paid in the first place and that I couldn't be refunded via credit card so if I wanted the $5 I would need to be mailed a check. I was so frustrated at this point that I didn't want to spend any more time on the phone over $5. Overall, this whole system is way too disconnected and I was very unhappy with my experience and being told different things by different people. I'll choose different parking in the future.

Couldn't get into the parking lot
Couldn't get into the parking lot. Called attendant and was told to get a new ticket and call again at exit. At exit attendant wanted me to pay again and call parking.com customer service to get a refund. THIS SOUNDED LIKE FRAUD. After almost 20min arguing and people waiting to exit I didn't have to pay again. Again, THIS SEEMS AN ACTION TO GET CLIENT TO PAY TWICE AND IF SO IT IS FRAUD. IF IT IS NOT THEN ATTENDANT NEED TO BE FIRED OR RETRAINED.
