Stupid as hell to have to pay for parking in the shit-stained city of Jackson, MS. Can't cancel some of the hours when they let you out of jury summons early.

The ability to pay for parking with a phone is convenient if you have a smartphone. If you don't use or carry a smartphone then I suppose there would be a phone number to call to pay for parking.

I paid for 6 hours initially. I ran over
1 1/2-2 hours due to being in court where you can’t just leave on your own accord. I requested to pay for those two hours, but instead, was told that I had to pay the entire penalty fee of $15. That’s really not fair.

Nit enough information given
There wasn't enough info up. Everybody don't know how to scann the bar code. Somepeople don't trust putting in their card info.

I was charged twice. The first for $3.60 on my credit card online. The system did not work and I did not receive my parking ticket. I tried again using the machine. It charged me $3.00 but it did finally print out a parking receipt. It was a terrible experience and I hope I NEVER have to use this again!
